青島市居住區(qū)停車問題與對策研究

【摘要】:隨著青島市經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,島城人民生活水平的提高,小汽車迅速進入居民家庭已經(jīng)成為不爭的事實。然而由于居住區(qū)停車指標配置不到位、停車布局設(shè)計不合理、停車管理秩序不完善等因素,導(dǎo)致了居住區(qū)中地面停車率高、小汽車隨意停放的現(xiàn)象比較普遍,嚴重影響了居住區(qū)的環(huán)境質(zhì)量,干擾了居民的正常生活。解決青島市居住區(qū)的停車問題,建立和諧、美好的居住環(huán)境是刻不容緩的責任。 本文針對青島市居住區(qū)停車難的問題,采用實地調(diào)研和資料收集的研究方法,在分析了國內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,,運用層次分析法、重要性指標篩選法和主成分分析法建立了青島市居住區(qū)停車需求預(yù)測模型,并提出了解決停車問題的對策和建議,主要探討工作包括: (1)分析了推動居住區(qū)小汽車發(fā)展的背景和小汽車帶來的一系列負面影響,并闡述了青島市機動車發(fā)展情況; (2)對我國其他城市現(xiàn)有居住區(qū)的停車規(guī)劃進行分析研究,總結(jié)了其他城市在停車指標的制定、停車方式的選擇和停車位管理方面的成果; (3)對青島市居住區(qū)停車現(xiàn)狀進行實地調(diào)研,并對調(diào)查結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計分析,總結(jié)出青島市居住區(qū)存在的主要停車問題; (4)運用AHP(層次分析)對影響居住區(qū)停車位的因素進行重要性分析,并運用重要性指標篩選法和PCA(主成分分析)篩選指標,最后運用多元線性回歸方法建立青島市居住區(qū)停車需求預(yù)測模型; 本文的主要目的是為以后新建居住區(qū)在停車需求量預(yù)測、停車指標的制定、停車布局的設(shè)計、停車方式的選擇方面提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Qingdao economy and the improvement of the living standard of people in Qingdao City, it has become an indisputable fact that cars quickly enter the residents' families. However, because the parking index is not in place, parking layout design is not reasonable, parking management order is not perfect and so on, which leads to the high rate of parking on the ground and the phenomenon of random parking of cars in the residential area. It seriously affects the environmental quality of the residential area and interferes with the normal life of the residents. It is an urgent duty to solve the parking problem of Qingdao residential area and establish a harmonious and beautiful living environment. In view of the problem of parking difficulty in Qingdao residential area, this paper adopts the research method of field investigation and data collection, on the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreign research results, uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), The importance index selection method and principal component analysis method are used to establish the parking demand forecast model of Qingdao residential area, and the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the parking problem are put forward. The main contents are as follows: (1) the background of promoting the development of cars in residential areas and a series of negative effects brought by cars are analyzed, and the development of motor vehicles in Qingdao is expounded. (2) analyze and study the parking planning of other cities in our country, and summarize the achievements of other cities in making parking index, choosing parking mode and managing parking space; (3) carry on the field investigation to the present situation of parking in Qingdao residential area, and carry on the statistical analysis to the investigation result, sum up the main parking problem that exists in the residential district of Qingdao city; (4) using AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) to analyze the importance of the factors affecting parking spaces in residential areas, and using the importance index screening method and PCA (principal component analysis) screening indicators. Finally, the multi-linear regression method is used to establish the parking demand forecasting model of Qingdao residential area. The main purpose of this paper is to provide references for the prediction of parking demand, the formulation of parking index, the design of parking layout and the choice of parking mode in newly built residential areas in the future.
