【摘要】：如何在在當(dāng)今CBD高度聚集的狀態(tài)下理解老子的這句名言：“埏埴以為器，當(dāng)其無，有器之用。鑿戶rE以為室，當(dāng)其無，有室之用。是故有之以為利，無之以為用�！庇兄匾囊饬x。這句話闡述了空間的重要性，今天，我們可以賦予它的新的含義，只不過場景更大而已。在CBD的建設(shè)中，只關(guān)注標(biāo)志性建筑而不重視城市空間設(shè)計(jì)帶來的后果是災(zāi)難性的， CBD的近地面空間采用了氣象學(xué)的一個(gè)名詞，，主要指CBD區(qū)域中接近地面的部分，即CBD區(qū)域內(nèi)的開放空間、和城市緊密關(guān)聯(lián)的建筑地面層、城市下沉廣場以及城市交通系統(tǒng)等等，目的是一方面給正在規(guī)劃的城市CBD提供理論支持和設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則，另一方面給已經(jīng)建設(shè)的城市CBD提供改善思路。 在前半部分，筆者通過2006年在加拿大寶佳建筑師事務(wù)所參與設(shè)計(jì)的北京財(cái)源國際中心的項(xiàng)目來研究近地面空間，擴(kuò)展到研究北京CBD的近地面空間的各元素，著重探討其與城市活力、城市吸引力的關(guān)系，后半部分，針對CBD近地面空間的各組成元素闡述分析的結(jié)果，并給出設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則和設(shè)計(jì)建議。 在城市建筑高度聚集的空間中，評(píng)價(jià)CBD的近地面空間應(yīng)該有兩個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：一是CBD近地面空間是否具有多樣性的特點(diǎn)，二是近地面空間能否吸引人。 第二章闡述北京近地面空間存在的問題；而第三章將根據(jù)以人為本的原則，探討完善的近地面空間之于CBD的意義，闡述了各開放空間之間的關(guān)系。在第四章，研究的尺度縮放到微觀的CBD的街區(qū)乃至建筑單體，將最具活力的地面空間作為研究對象，通過現(xiàn)場的調(diào)研，分析，歸納整理，把存在的問題呈現(xiàn)出來，探討如何改進(jìn)和發(fā)展近地面空間。 最后一章本文將總結(jié)以上闡述。
[Abstract]:How to understand Laozi's famous saying in today's highly aggregated state of CBD: "when there is nothing, it is useful." Chisel rE for the room, when it is not, there is room for use. There is something for good, nothing for use. " It is of great significance. This sentence illustrates the importance of space, today, we can give it a new meaning, but the scene is bigger. In the construction of CBD, it is disastrous to pay attention to the landmark buildings without paying attention to the urban space design. The near-surface space of CBD uses a term of meteorology, which mainly refers to the part of the CBD area close to the ground. That is, the open space in the CBD area, the ground floor of the building which is closely related to the city, the urban subsidence square and the urban transportation system, etc. The purpose is on the one hand to provide theoretical support and design guidelines for the planned urban CBD, on the one hand, On the other hand, it provides a way to improve the CBD of the city that has been built. In the first half, the author studied the near-ground space through the project of Beijing Financial Resources International Center, which was designed by Baojia Architects in Canada in 2006, and extended to study the elements of the near-surface space of Beijing CBD. This paper focuses on the relationship between CBD and urban vitality and attractiveness. In the second half of the paper, the results of the analysis are described and the design guidelines and design suggestions are given for each element of the near-ground space. In the space of urban building height aggregation, there should be two criteria to evaluate the near-ground space of CBD: one is whether the near-ground space of CBD has the characteristics of diversity, the other is whether the near-ground space can be attractive. The second chapter expounds the problems existing in Beijing's near-surface space, and the third chapter discusses the significance of perfect near-surface space to CBD according to the principle of "people-oriented", and expounds the relationship between each open space. In the fourth chapter, the scale of the study scales to the microscopic CBD blocks and even the building unit, taking the most dynamic ground space as the research object, through on-the-spot investigation, analysis, induction and arrangement, to present the existing problems. Discusses how to improve and develop near-ground space. The last chapter will summarize the above explanation.
