EPC工程總承包項(xiàng)目接口管理研究
[Abstract]:Abstract: in recent years, with the increasing investment in large-scale infrastructure construction in China, more and more projects begin to adopt the mode of EPC project general contracting, and the interface management problem of EPC project general contracting project itself is becoming more and more prominent. It has gradually become the focus of attention in the field of engineering and academia. Interface handling involves many aspects such as technology transfer, contract management and organization coordination, which will not only restrict the realization of the objectives of the EPC general contracting project. At the same time, it will also have a certain impact on the overall management level of EPC general contracting project. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the interface problem of EPC general contracting project. Based on the in-depth study of EPC project general contracting mode and interface management theory, this paper combines field investigation, literature retrieval, theoretical analysis and case analysis, from the two dimensions of theory and practice. This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the interface management of EPC general contracting project, and puts forward the specific management methods of engineering technical interface, contract interface and organizational interface for EPC project general contracting project. Firstly, the connotation of EPC general contracting project interface management is expounded, and guided by the system management theory, the organization mode of EPC project general contracting project and the interface system of EPC project general contracting project are analyzed. The expression forms and general concepts of engineering technical interface, contract interface and organizational interface are expounded. Secondly, on the basis of the systematic analysis of the interface system of EPC general contracting project, this paper focuses on the three major types of interfaces in the system-engineering technology interface, contract interface and organizational interface, and deeply studies its concept, cause of formation and classification. Combined with its different characteristics, the interface contents are analyzed deeply, and then the concrete management methods of the three types of interfaces are put forward by summing up and refining, and combined with the practice, in order to guide the construction practice of the project. Finally, taking the ZY project as an example, the project adopts the EPC project general contracting mode, and adopts a series of methods to properly deal with the engineering interface problem in the construction process. The construction effect is remarkable, and the summary and refinement are made. The concrete process and measures of project interface management are consistent with the specific management methods of technical interface, contract interface and organizational interface studied in this paper, which proves the conclusion of the research and draws beneficial enlightenment from it.
