廣州市珠江新城商業(yè)空間布局結(jié)構(gòu)研究
[Abstract]:The research on commercial spatial structure of urban central area has been fruitful in domestic and foreign academic circles, but the domestic scholars' research on commercial spatial structure of central commercial district in China is still in its infancy. In recent years, after the construction of China's central business district, most areas have entered the stage of normal operation. It provides a mature condition for the study of the commercial spatial structure of the central business district. Pearl River New City as an important part of the hard core of Guangzhou Central Business District in the 21st century, after 20 years of development, the commercial space construction of the region is relatively perfect. Based on the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, this paper discusses the commercial spatial structure of Guangzhou Pearl River New City, and makes a comparative analysis between the data and characteristics obtained by the study and other central business districts in China. Some experiences of commercial space planning and construction in China's central business district are obtained. The main research contents of this paper are divided into four parts, six chapters: the first part is the first chapter, the second chapter and the third chapter, which is the basic research part of the commercial spatial structure of the central business district. This part mainly explains the related concepts, research objects and research methods, and clarifies the research ideas. At the same time, from the domestic and foreign related research results and case practice, summarize the experience. The second part of the paper is the fourth chapter, which is the macro-level research on the commercial spatial structure of Guangzhou Pearl River New City. Choosing economy, policy and location as the influencing factors, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of the commercial space of Pearl River New City under the action of multi-factors. The third part of the paper is the fifth chapter, which is the micro-level study of the commercial spatial structure of Guangzhou Pearl River New City. Based on the data obtained from field investigation, this paper analyzes the commercial spatial structure of transportation and land-use-oriented by GIS software, and summarizes the two structures of commercial space of Pearl River New City. The fourth part of the paper is the sixth chapter. On the basis of the research results of the commercial spatial distribution structure of Pearl River New City, this paper compares with the commercial space of Guangzhou Tianhe Central District and the other three central commercial areas of our country by comparing it with the commercial space of Guangzhou Tianhe Central District and the other three central commercial districts in China. Get the experience of the commercial space planning and construction of the central business district.
