新型預(yù)制裝配整體式框架住宅結(jié)構(gòu)的研究與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:The prefabricated and assembled integral structure is the necessary path for the industrialization of the residence. The structure has the advantages of high construction speed, less waste of resources, less pollution and optimized social resource allocation. In this paper, based on the structure of the prefabricated assembled integral frame, the construction measures are summarized, the calculation method of the whole design is studied, and the comparison and analysis are carried out in combination with the basic vibration isolation technology. The specific contents include the following aspects: (1) The test research on the integral structure of the prefabricated assembly of Guangzhou University is summarized, including the loading performance and the construction measures of the laminated plate, the laminated beam, the beam plate node, the beam-column node, the primary and secondary beam node and the primary and secondary beam nodes. (2) The design and calculation theory and method of the main force component, the beam and the plate of the prefabricated assembled integral frame are studied, and the construction technology and the installation of the integral structure of the prefabricated assembly are summarized. (3) The analysis method of the whole design of the integral structure of the prefabricated assembly is put forward, the finite element analysis software is adopted, and the cast-in-place structure of the equivalent section is subjected to the finite element simulation analysis, and the integral structure construction of the prefabricated assembly is carried out. The calculation of the phase and the implementation of the two-step The calculation of the segment analysis is carried out. In the case of the integral engineering design of the prefabricated assembly, the MIDAS/ GEN is used for the simulation analysis, and the setting of the two stages is described. In this paper, the paper summarizes the theory of the basic seismic isolation technology, and puts forward the importance of applying the basic seismic isolation technique to the integral structure of the prefabricated assembly. In combination with the design example, the simulation and analysis of the basic seismic isolation technology with MIDAS/ GEN are used, and the non-seismic isolation technology is used. The seismic model is compared, and the application of the basic seismic isolation technology can effectively improve the integral of the prefabricated assembly.
