新型預(yù)制裝配整體式框架住宅結(jié)構(gòu)的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:預(yù)制裝配整體式結(jié)構(gòu)是住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的必經(jīng)之路,這種結(jié)構(gòu)具有施工速率快,節(jié)省資源減少浪費(fèi),污染少,優(yōu)化社會(huì)資源配置等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本文針對(duì)預(yù)制裝配整體式框架住宅結(jié)構(gòu),,總結(jié)了其構(gòu)造措施,研究了其整體設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法,并結(jié)合基礎(chǔ)隔震技術(shù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。具體內(nèi)容包括以下幾方面: (1)總結(jié)了廣州大學(xué)對(duì)預(yù)制裝配整體式結(jié)構(gòu)做過(guò)的試驗(yàn)研究,包括疊合板、疊合梁、梁板節(jié)點(diǎn)、梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)、主次梁節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能與構(gòu)造措施研究。 (2)研究了預(yù)制裝配整體式框架住宅結(jié)構(gòu)主要受力構(gòu)件柱、梁、板設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算理論與方法,并歸納了預(yù)制裝配整體式結(jié)構(gòu)施工工藝以及裝配工藝。 (3)提出了對(duì)預(yù)制裝配整體式結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算的分析方法,采用有限元分析軟件,通過(guò)對(duì)同等截面的現(xiàn)澆結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行有限元模擬分析,再進(jìn)行預(yù)制裝配整體式結(jié)構(gòu)施工階段的驗(yàn)算,實(shí)現(xiàn)兩階段分析計(jì)算。結(jié)合了預(yù)制裝配整體式工程設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例,采用MIDAS/GEN進(jìn)行模擬分析,敘述了兩階段的設(shè)計(jì)分析過(guò)程。 (4)歸納了基礎(chǔ)隔震技術(shù)的理論,提出了基礎(chǔ)隔震技術(shù)應(yīng)用于預(yù)制裝配整體式結(jié)構(gòu)的重要性,結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例,采用MIDAS/GEN進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)隔震技術(shù)的模擬分析,并與非隔震模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得到基礎(chǔ)隔震技術(shù)的應(yīng)用有效提高預(yù)制裝配整體式結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能。
[Abstract]:The prefabricated and assembled integral structure is the necessary path for the industrialization of the residence. The structure has the advantages of high construction speed, less waste of resources, less pollution and optimized social resource allocation. In this paper, based on the structure of the prefabricated assembled integral frame, the construction measures are summarized, the calculation method of the whole design is studied, and the comparison and analysis are carried out in combination with the basic vibration isolation technology. The specific contents include the following aspects: (1) The test research on the integral structure of the prefabricated assembly of Guangzhou University is summarized, including the loading performance and the construction measures of the laminated plate, the laminated beam, the beam plate node, the beam-column node, the primary and secondary beam node and the primary and secondary beam nodes. (2) The design and calculation theory and method of the main force component, the beam and the plate of the prefabricated assembled integral frame are studied, and the construction technology and the installation of the integral structure of the prefabricated assembly are summarized. (3) The analysis method of the whole design of the integral structure of the prefabricated assembly is put forward, the finite element analysis software is adopted, and the cast-in-place structure of the equivalent section is subjected to the finite element simulation analysis, and the integral structure construction of the prefabricated assembly is carried out. The calculation of the phase and the implementation of the two-step The calculation of the segment analysis is carried out. In the case of the integral engineering design of the prefabricated assembly, the MIDAS/ GEN is used for the simulation analysis, and the setting of the two stages is described. In this paper, the paper summarizes the theory of the basic seismic isolation technology, and puts forward the importance of applying the basic seismic isolation technique to the integral structure of the prefabricated assembly. In combination with the design example, the simulation and analysis of the basic seismic isolation technology with MIDAS/ GEN are used, and the non-seismic isolation technology is used. The seismic model is compared, and the application of the basic seismic isolation technology can effectively improve the integral of the prefabricated assembly.
