深圳市辦公建筑立體綠化設(shè)計策略研究
[Abstract]:Modern office buildings have large volume and complex functions, huge energy consumption and energy saving problems. Previous studies have shown that building stereoscopic greening can effectively reduce building energy consumption and improve building energy saving level. However, the theory and practice level of Chinese architectural three-dimensional greening design need to be improved, and lack of scientific guidance to design practice. Based on the office buildings in Shenzhen, this paper puts forward a scientific design method and strategy for building stereoscopic greening, in order to guide the practice of stereoscopic greening design and standardize the stereoscopic greening design of buildings. This is of great significance to the development of three-dimensional green buildings in our country. Combined with the development experience of architectural stereoscopic greening design at home and abroad, based on the detailed field investigation, this paper analyzes the present situation of architectural stereoscopic greening design in Shenzhen, and applies the method of questionnaire investigation and interview. This paper comprehensively analyzes the existing core problems in the stereoscopic greening design of Shenzhen office buildings, and further puts forward the strategies suitable for the stereoscopic greening design of the office buildings in Shenzhen to guide the stereoscopic greening design of the office buildings in Shenzhen. This paper first analyzes the present situation of stereoscopic greening design in Shenzhen from the perspective of policies, regulations, design practices and construction practices. Shenzhen is in a leading position in the field of stereoscopic greening design of office buildings in China, but there are still many problems. The key problems are the disconnection between greening design and architectural design, the neglect of human feelings in greening space, and the unscientific arrangement of greening plants. Secondly, the paper deeply discusses the reasons of the core problems in the stereoscopic greening design of Shenzhen office buildings, and combines with the relevant theories of the greening architecture design, and concludes that the greening and architectural design of the office buildings in Shenzhen are synergetic with the architectural design, and the human nature of the greening space. Three principles of scientific plant allocation; Finally, under the guidance of the principle of Shenzhen office building's stereoscopic greening design, based on the related design theory and method, the strategy of building three-dimensional green design and architectural cooperative design is put forward. The people-oriented design strategy and scientific plant allocation strategy of greening space direct the practice of building three-dimensional greening design.
