城市居住區(qū)商業(yè)設(shè)施研究

【摘要】:作為居住區(qū)公共配套服務(wù)設(shè)施的居住區(qū)商業(yè)伴隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展不斷地發(fā)生著變化。隨著我國(guó)計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的結(jié)束,市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的確立,居住區(qū)商業(yè)已經(jīng)由“內(nèi)向型”的服務(wù)型設(shè)施轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤巴庀蛐汀钡内A利型設(shè)施。商業(yè)設(shè)施由以前的居住區(qū)內(nèi)部布局轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檠鼐幼^(qū)周邊布局。因此,商業(yè)設(shè)施在服務(wù)住區(qū)居民的同時(shí)也與周邊環(huán)境發(fā)生了關(guān)系。 雖然居住區(qū)商業(yè)有了較大的發(fā)展,但還存在著重視不足,設(shè)計(jì)不深入等方面的問(wèn)題。在進(jìn)行商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),沒(méi)有考慮到居民和周邊城市環(huán)境對(duì)商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的要求,從而影響了居住區(qū)商業(yè)的空間活力和商業(yè)氛圍的形成。居住區(qū)商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)成為影響居住區(qū)建設(shè)和使用的一個(gè)重要因素,對(duì)它的系統(tǒng)分析和深入研究,對(duì)促進(jìn)居住區(qū)發(fā)展有著重要的意義。 本文以我國(guó)當(dāng)前大量建設(shè)的居住區(qū)商業(yè)作為對(duì)象進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)對(duì)建國(guó)以來(lái)居住區(qū)商業(yè)建設(shè)發(fā)展的分析,了解到當(dāng)今的居住區(qū)商業(yè)具有“服務(wù)居住區(qū)”與“服務(wù)城市”的雙重屬性,提出居住區(qū)商業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)滿足這兩種屬性的要求。將居住區(qū)商業(yè)按服務(wù)范圍分為三種類型:服務(wù)居住區(qū)的商業(yè)、服務(wù)居住區(qū)內(nèi)外的商業(yè)、服務(wù)居住區(qū)與城市的商業(yè),并對(duì)其分別進(jìn)行調(diào)研,找到居住區(qū)商業(yè)現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題,提出共享性、空間協(xié)調(diào)、空間多樣性三個(gè)居住區(qū)商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的重要原則,就居住區(qū)商業(yè)空間現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題的解決方法展開(kāi)探討,以此來(lái)提升居住區(qū)商業(yè)的整體使用品質(zhì)。希望能夠?qū)幼^(qū)商業(yè)的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)有所幫助。
[Abstract]:As the public supporting service facilities of residential area, residential area business is constantly changing with the development of national economy. With the end of planned economy system and the establishment of market economy system, residential area business has changed from "introverted" service facility to "export-oriented" profit-making facility. Commercial facilities changed from the former residential area internal layout to the surrounding residential area layout. Therefore, commercial facilities in the service of residential residents and the surrounding environment also occurred. Although residential area business has a great development, but there are still some problems, such as insufficient attention, not deep design and so on. In the process of commercial design, the commercial design requirements of residents and surrounding cities are not taken into account, thus affecting the space vitality and the formation of commercial atmosphere of residential areas. The commercial design of residential area has become an important factor affecting the construction and use of residential area. The systematic analysis and in-depth study on it have important significance to promote the development of residential area. In this paper, the commercial construction of residential areas is studied, and the development of residential areas since the founding of the people's Republic of China is analyzed. This paper finds out that the residential area business has the dual attributes of "service residential area" and "service city", and puts forward that the design of residential area business should meet the requirements of these two properties. The business of residential area is divided into three types according to the scope of service: the commerce of service residential area, the commerce inside and outside service residential area, and the commerce of service residential area and city. This paper puts forward three important principles of commercial design of residential area, such as sharing, space coordination and spatial diversity, and probes into the solutions to the existing problems of residential commercial space, so as to improve the overall use quality of residential area commerce.
