城市居住區(qū)商業(yè)設(shè)施研究
[Abstract]:As the public supporting service facilities of residential area, residential area business is constantly changing with the development of national economy. With the end of planned economy system and the establishment of market economy system, residential area business has changed from "introverted" service facility to "export-oriented" profit-making facility. Commercial facilities changed from the former residential area internal layout to the surrounding residential area layout. Therefore, commercial facilities in the service of residential residents and the surrounding environment also occurred. Although residential area business has a great development, but there are still some problems, such as insufficient attention, not deep design and so on. In the process of commercial design, the commercial design requirements of residents and surrounding cities are not taken into account, thus affecting the space vitality and the formation of commercial atmosphere of residential areas. The commercial design of residential area has become an important factor affecting the construction and use of residential area. The systematic analysis and in-depth study on it have important significance to promote the development of residential area. In this paper, the commercial construction of residential areas is studied, and the development of residential areas since the founding of the people's Republic of China is analyzed. This paper finds out that the residential area business has the dual attributes of "service residential area" and "service city", and puts forward that the design of residential area business should meet the requirements of these two properties. The business of residential area is divided into three types according to the scope of service: the commerce of service residential area, the commerce inside and outside service residential area, and the commerce of service residential area and city. This paper puts forward three important principles of commercial design of residential area, such as sharing, space coordination and spatial diversity, and probes into the solutions to the existing problems of residential commercial space, so as to improve the overall use quality of residential area commerce. Hope to be able to residential commercial related design to help.
