【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)景觀一定程度上反映著一個城鎮(zhèn)的歷史文化和發(fā)展特色,直觀的展現(xiàn)了一個城鎮(zhèn)的特有風(fēng)貌。在中央“統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展”及“小城鎮(zhèn)、大戰(zhàn)略”的方針指導(dǎo)下,政府出臺了各種各樣的政策來推進城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展。隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程的加快,城鎮(zhèn)景觀建設(shè)引起了學(xué)術(shù)界廣泛的關(guān)注。目前許多地方都非常重視小城鎮(zhèn)的建設(shè),積極推進城鎮(zhèn)景觀構(gòu)建工作,經(jīng)過多年的探索和發(fā)展取得了一些的成果。但是,總體來看仍存在對小城鎮(zhèn)景觀建設(shè)認識不足、城鎮(zhèn)自然景觀遭到破壞、歷史景觀保護不當,難以形成有特色的小城鎮(zhèn)等許多問題。特別在資源型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展過程中,由于不合理的開發(fā)和利用自然資源,存在許多環(huán)境污染問題,影響人居環(huán)境的建設(shè)和管理。 城鎮(zhèn)景觀載體豐富,涉及內(nèi)容較多,良好的城鎮(zhèn)景觀構(gòu)建有利于營造優(yōu)美舒適的居住環(huán)境,保護和傳承地域文化,創(chuàng)造城鎮(zhèn)特色,值得引起更多人的研究和關(guān)注。本文針對現(xiàn)在城鎮(zhèn)景觀構(gòu)建存在的一些普遍問題,簡要分析了城鎮(zhèn)景觀構(gòu)建的背景,系統(tǒng)闡述了國內(nèi)外小城鎮(zhèn)的景觀構(gòu)建現(xiàn)狀,融入景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、歷史城鎮(zhèn)保護、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面相關(guān)理論,詳細從自然和人文兩方面對城鎮(zhèn)景觀資源及其特點進行較全面分析,探討并指出城鎮(zhèn)景觀構(gòu)建的原則及構(gòu)建策略。同時通過實證研究,分析左云縣自然景觀與人文景觀,針對城鎮(zhèn)景觀構(gòu)建現(xiàn)狀,進行實地分析研究,詳細總結(jié)了左云縣特色城鎮(zhèn)景觀構(gòu)建的策略,期望對當?shù)爻擎?zhèn)建設(shè)工作乃至其他小城鎮(zhèn)景觀構(gòu)建有一定的借鑒和參考作用。
[Abstract]:To a certain extent, urban landscape reflects the historical culture and development characteristics of a town, and intuitively shows the unique style and features of a town. Under the guidance of the central policy of "coordinating the development of urban and rural areas" and "small town, big strategy", the government has issued various policies to promote the development of urbanization. With the acceleration of urbanization in China, urban landscape construction has attracted extensive attention in academic circles. At present, many places attach great importance to the construction of small towns, actively promote the construction of urban landscape, after many years of exploration and development has achieved some results. However, in general, there are still many problems such as insufficient understanding of the landscape construction of small towns, destruction of urban natural landscape, improper protection of historical landscape and difficulty in forming small towns with characteristics. Especially in the process of resource-based urbanization, there are many environmental pollution problems due to unreasonable exploitation and utilization of natural resources, which affect the construction and management of human settlement environment. The urban landscape carrier is rich, involving a lot of content, good urban landscape construction is conducive to create a beautiful and comfortable living environment, protect and inherit regional culture, create town characteristics, deserve more people to study and pay attention to. Aiming at some common problems existing in the construction of urban landscape, this paper briefly analyzes the background of the construction of urban landscape, systematically expounds the present situation of landscape construction of small towns at home and abroad, integrates landscape ecology, and protects historical towns. Based on the theory of sustainable development, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of urban landscape resources and their characteristics from the aspects of nature and humanity, and points out the principles and strategies of urban landscape construction. At the same time, through the empirical study, analyze the natural landscape and humanistic landscape in Zuoyun County, in view of the present situation of urban landscape construction, carry on the field analysis research, and summarize the strategy of the construction of the characteristic town landscape of Zuoyun County in detail. It is expected that the construction of local towns and other small towns landscape construction has a certain reference and reference role.
