基于PDPC法的工程項目全壽命周期動態(tài)管理研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟持續(xù)快速增長,工程建設(shè)越來越繁榮,結(jié)構(gòu)形式越來越復(fù)雜。如此大規(guī)模、超復(fù)雜建筑物的建造和運營過程,其結(jié)果往往導致工程項目投資成倍增加,建設(shè)工期不斷延長,施工風險不斷加大,項目管理要求日益提高,對項目工程參與者提出了更高的管理要求。因此,有必要以工程項目的全壽命周期為研究范圍,運用科學、合理的現(xiàn)代化管理方法不斷提高工程項目管理水平,為工程項目的順利完成提供理論依據(jù)。 本文在研究工程項目全壽命周期管理的基礎(chǔ)之上,將PDPC去結(jié)合到動態(tài)管理研究當中,運用PDPC法對該動態(tài)管理行為編制過程決策流程圖,從而更好地對工程項目全壽命周期管理提供理論依據(jù)。結(jié)合寧波市和豐創(chuàng)意廣場工程項目,運用前述PDPC去分別在工程項目的決策階段、實施階段和使用階段進行全壽命周期動態(tài)管理研究,給出了各階段動態(tài)管理的PDPC圖。案例分析表明,基于PDPC法的工程項目全壽命周期動態(tài)管理是一種科學、實用和有效的方法。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid economic growth in China, engineering construction is becoming more and more prosperous and the structure is becoming more and more complex. The construction and operation process of such large-scale and ultra-complex buildings often results in the increase of project investment, the extension of construction period, the increasing of construction risk, and the increasing requirements of project management. Higher management requirements for project participants are put forward. Therefore, it is necessary to use the scientific and reasonable modern management method to improve the level of engineering project management in order to provide the theoretical basis for the successful completion of the project by taking the whole life cycle of the engineering project as the research scope. On the basis of studying the whole life cycle management of the engineering project, this paper combines PDPC into the dynamic management research, and applies PDPC method to the decision-making flow chart of the dynamic management behavior compilation process. Thus, it provides a theoretical basis for the whole life cycle management of engineering projects. Combined with Ningbo City and Fengxin Plaza project, the dynamic management of the whole life cycle of the project is studied in the decision-making stage, the implementation stage and the use stage of the project by using the PDPC mentioned above, and the PDPC diagram of the dynamic management in each stage is given. The case study shows that the project life cycle dynamic management based on PDPC method is a scientific, practical and effective method.
