基于步行指數(shù)的城市日常生活設(shè)施配置合理性評(píng)估——以深圳市福田區(qū)為例

【摘要】:定量評(píng)價(jià)城市步行性,優(yōu)化日常生活設(shè)施布局,提高居民步行出行便利度,是緩解擁堵及污染問題、改善城市人居環(huán)境的一個(gè)重要途徑。通過國(guó)外步行指數(shù)方法計(jì)算得到深圳市福田區(qū)步行指數(shù),可用于評(píng)價(jià)福田區(qū)總體以及各街道的步行性水平,并根據(jù)日常設(shè)施在選取的樣本點(diǎn)周圍的分布現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)福田區(qū)的日常生活設(shè)施配置合理性進(jìn)行總體評(píng)估。結(jié)果表明,福田區(qū)總體具有較高的步行性。結(jié)合新浪微博簽到數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)其與步行指數(shù)高度的空間分布一致性。福田區(qū)的日常設(shè)施總體分布合理,居民日常需求基本可以得到滿足,但書店布局較不合理,需適當(dāng)補(bǔ)充該類設(shè)施。
[Abstract]:Quantitative evaluation of urban walking, optimizing the layout of daily living facilities and improving the walking convenience of residents are an important way to alleviate congestion and pollution problems and improve the urban living environment. The walking index of Futian District of Shenzhen City can be calculated by the method of foreign walking index, which can be used to evaluate the walking level of the whole area and the streets in Futian District, and according to the distribution of daily facilities around the selected sample points. The rational allocation of daily living facilities in Futian District is evaluated as a whole. The results show that Futian District has a higher walking ability. Combined with Sina Weibo sign-in data, it is found that the spatial distribution of the height of walking index is consistent. The general distribution of daily facilities in Futian District is reasonable, and the daily needs of residents can be basically satisfied, but the layout of bookstores is not reasonable, so it is necessary to supplement these facilities properly.
