【摘要】：人口老齡化對中國社會產(chǎn)生了深刻影響,已經(jīng)越來越成為國家和社會共同關(guān)注的嚴峻問題,其也給城市規(guī)劃和建設(shè)領(lǐng)域帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。建設(shè)部、民政部發(fā)布了《老年人建筑設(shè)計規(guī)范》等相關(guān)行業(yè)標準,對老年人的住房設(shè)計提出了具體要求,但是住房只能為老年人提供一個起居環(huán)境,他們也需要走出家門進行社會交往和休閑娛樂活動,而這些活動的開展都離不開其所住社區(qū)的公共空間。因此隨著人口老齡化的發(fā)展,社區(qū)公共空間必須提高對老年人的適宜性,為其創(chuàng)造一個安全、舒適、有趣味的活動環(huán)境。 本次研究以成都市為例,以老年人及其所在社區(qū)公共空間為研究對象。通過國內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料的分析和研究,歸納和總結(jié)了我國社區(qū)公共空間的演變和特征以及老年人在社區(qū)公共空間的活動特點。以此為基礎(chǔ)從建成年代、公共空間建設(shè)情況、建筑層數(shù)和老年人主要步行線路與活動場地的結(jié)合程度四個方面選擇了成都幾個典型社區(qū)進行實地考察,并針對社區(qū)內(nèi)的老年人進行了采訪和問卷調(diào)查,總結(jié)出樣本社區(qū)公共空間的布局、環(huán)境特征及存在問題,同時結(jié)合調(diào)研問卷將社區(qū)公共空間與老年人在其中活動的特征相聯(lián)系,得出現(xiàn)狀社區(qū)存在的問題,并提出相應(yīng)的改造設(shè)計策略要點,引導(dǎo)社區(qū)公共空間對老齡化適宜性的提升,增強社區(qū)生活氛圍,以期為老年人營造更好的生活環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The aging of the population has a profound impact on the Chinese society and has become a serious problem that the country and society pay attention to. It also brings new challenges to the field of urban planning and construction. The Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued relevant industry standards, such as the "Building Design Code for the elderly", which put forward specific requirements for the housing design of the elderly, but housing can only provide a living environment for the elderly. They also need to go out of their homes for social interaction and recreational activities, which can not be carried out without the public space of the community in which they live. Therefore, with the development of aging population, the community public space must improve its suitability for the elderly, and create a safe, comfortable and interesting environment for its activities. This research takes Chengdu as an example, takes the elderly and their community public space as the research object. Through the analysis and research of the relevant materials at home and abroad, the evolution and characteristics of the community public space in China and the characteristics of the elderly's activities in the community public space are summarized and summarized. On the basis of this, several typical communities in Chengdu were selected for field investigation from four aspects: the years of completion, the construction of public space, the number of building floors and the degree of combination of main walking routes and activity sites of the elderly. Interviews and questionnaires are conducted for the elderly in the community, and the layout, environmental characteristics and existing problems of the sample community public space are summarized. At the same time, the community public space and the characteristics of the elderly activities in the community are connected with the questionnaire. The problems existing in the present community are obtained and the corresponding design strategies are put forward to guide the community public space to promote the suitability of aging and enhance the community living atmosphere in order to create a better living environment for the elderly.
