南陽市城鄉(xiāng)一體化空間發(fā)展研究

【摘要】：19世紀(jì)初,以傅里葉、歐文為代表的空想社會(huì)主義者為解決日益激化的城鄉(xiāng)矛盾提出了城鄉(xiāng)一體化思想,希望構(gòu)建相對(duì)理想的社會(huì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)來實(shí)現(xiàn)城市和鄉(xiāng)村、工業(yè)與農(nóng)業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。之后城鄉(xiāng)融合理論、田園城市理論、有機(jī)疏散理論相繼提出,從不同學(xué)科角度為解決城鄉(xiāng)矛盾提出多種措施,推動(dòng)了城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展。20世紀(jì)后期,為解決我國“城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)”R益顯著所引發(fā)的社會(huì)問題,借鑒國外相關(guān)理論研究成果,經(jīng)歷三個(gè)階段的探索與實(shí)踐,逐步形成具有中國特色的城鄉(xiāng)一體化理論體系,研究內(nèi)容日漸完善,并具備一定的可操作性。南陽的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展尚處于起步階段,由于農(nóng)業(yè)人口比重大,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展落后等原因,導(dǎo)致城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系復(fù)雜,二元結(jié)構(gòu)顯著,在此背景下,運(yùn)用城鄉(xiāng)一體化理論來解決南陽市城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展問題顯得尤為迫切。 本文在對(duì)南陽市城鄉(xiāng)一體化空間發(fā)展研究的過程中,首先整理總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論與實(shí)踐資料,為后續(xù)研究建立理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,借鑒相關(guān)理論研究成果,建立南陽市城鄉(xiāng)一體化空間發(fā)展研究的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,在搜集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用SPSS15.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)南陽各縣市相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行主成分分析,將其城鄉(xiāng)一體化空間發(fā)展水平情況進(jìn)行排名,通過對(duì)結(jié)果的分析,總結(jié)其空間差異的主要表現(xiàn)：一級(jí)城市城鄉(xiāng)差距顯著,制約城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展；耳機(jī)城市分布較分散城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)不同；三級(jí)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)較落后,城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展缺乏動(dòng)力。再次,針對(duì)上述問題,采用數(shù)據(jù)分析法和圖表分析法,從城鄉(xiāng)空間協(xié)調(diào)狀態(tài)、城鄉(xiāng)空間關(guān)聯(lián)程度、城鄉(xiāng)空間保障尺度和總體規(guī)劃四個(gè)方面著手對(duì)近十年來南陽各縣市城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行分析。最后提出南陽市城鄉(xiāng)一體化空間發(fā)展策略：提高中心城區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力；優(yōu)化城鄉(xiāng)空間布局；合理工業(yè)化規(guī)模布局；穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程；健全城鄉(xiāng)政策體系。 論文分為六個(gè)章節(jié)：第一章介紹選題背景、研究范圍、研究意義、研究方法、研究內(nèi)及研究框架；第二章總結(jié)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究理論與實(shí)踐,為論文的寫作構(gòu)建理論基礎(chǔ)；第三章首先介紹研究區(qū)域概況,然后建立相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,最后利用SPSS15.0軟件進(jìn)行主成分分析,最后通過分析評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,得到南陽市城鄉(xiāng)一體化空間發(fā)展的基本情況；第四章對(duì)南陽各縣市的城鄉(xiāng)空間協(xié)調(diào)狀態(tài)、城鄉(xiāng)空間關(guān)聯(lián)程度、城鄉(xiāng)空間保障尺度和總體規(guī)劃四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,展示南陽城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展空間差異狀況：第五章提出南陽市城鄉(xiāng)一體化空間發(fā)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展策略；第六章總結(jié)此次研究的成果,指出本次研究的不足和對(duì)本研究的思考。

Thirdly, in view of the above problems, using data analysis and chart analysis, from the state of urban and rural spatial coordination, the degree of urban and rural spatial correlation, This paper analyzes the urban and rural development of Nanyang counties and cities in the last ten years from four aspects of urban and rural spatial guarantee scale and overall planning.
