【摘要】：北京市某大廈由于加固改造需要拆除首層大堂局部樓板以及與之相連的框架梁,本文結(jié)合實(shí)例討論了首頂板拆除時采用的梁板分離技術(shù),該技術(shù)采用了動力拆除與靜力拆除相結(jié)合的方法,既節(jié)省工期又避免了因結(jié)構(gòu)拆除對原結(jié)構(gòu)造成的二次損傷,為今后類似的工程施工提供一些有效的解決辦法。
[Abstract]:Due to the reinforcement and reconstruction of a certain building in Beijing, the partial floor slab of the first floor lobby and the frame beam connected with it are removed. In this paper, the beam-slab separation technology used in the first roof demolition is discussed in combination with an example. The technique adopts the method of combining dynamic demolition with static demolition, which can save the time limit and avoid the secondary damage caused by the demolition of the structure to the original structure, which provides some effective solutions for the similar construction in the future.
