廢紙纖維保溫材料基本性能試驗研究

【摘要】:廢紙纖維保溫材料是一種新型的建筑保溫產(chǎn)品,具有導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)低、防火等級高,易于施工操作等顯著優(yōu)點。 當(dāng)前市場上普遍使用的建筑保溫材料均存在各自的問題:如無機類的保溫材料雖然其防火性能比較好,但其保溫的效果不盡人意;又如有機類的保溫材料雖然有保溫效果較好這一優(yōu)勢,但是存在易燃、不防火的弊端。在此背景下,我們提出了本課題的研究。本文針對當(dāng)前普遍使用保溫材料的性能缺陷,利用廢紙纖維的保溫優(yōu)勢,開發(fā)研制節(jié)能環(huán)保型保溫材料。本文對廢紙纖維保溫材料基本性能進行了以下方面的闡述和研究: (1)介紹了廢紙纖維保溫材料的基本性能特點; (2)運用正交試驗的方法,通過對廢紙纖維保溫材料組成成分的變化,獲得導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)和堆積密度的變化規(guī)律,分清哪些因素是影響導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)和抗壓強度的主要因素,哪些是次要因素; (3)對制得的保溫材料按照國家標準要求進行檢測,測試結(jié)果表明:本保溫材料各項性能指標均達到了國家建筑保溫材料的相關(guān)標準。其主要性能指標為:導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)0.038W/(m·K),堆積密度46.4kg/m3,難燃性B級。 廢紙纖維保溫材料是一種綠色建材之路,有利于資源的可持續(xù)利用和促進環(huán)境保護,它的成功研制具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Waste paper fiber insulation material is a new type of building insulation product, with the advantages of low thermal conductivity, high fire resistance, easy construction operation and so on. At present, the widely used building insulation materials in the market have their own problems: for example, inorganic insulation materials have good fire resistance, but the effect of insulation is not satisfactory; For example, organic insulation materials have the advantage of good insulation effect, but they are flammable and not fire resistant. Under this background, we put forward the research of this subject. In view of the performance defects of the current widely used insulating materials, this paper develops and develops the energy-saving and environment-friendly insulating materials by utilizing the advantages of waste paper fibers. In this paper, the basic properties of waste paper fiber insulation materials are described and studied in the following aspects: (1) the basic performance characteristics of waste paper fiber insulation materials are introduced; (2) by using the method of orthogonal test, by changing the composition of waste paper fiber insulation material, the variation law of thermal conductivity and packing density is obtained, and the main factors that affect the thermal conductivity and compressive strength are distinguished. What are the secondary factors; (3) the thermal insulation materials are tested according to the national standards. The results show that the properties of the thermal insulation materials are up to the relevant standards of the national building insulation materials. The main performance parameters are as follows: thermal conductivity 0.038W/ (m K), packing density 46.4 kg / m 3, flammability B class. Waste paper fiber insulation material is a kind of green building materials, which is beneficial to the sustainable use of resources and environmental protection. Its successful development has important practical significance.
