溫度、應(yīng)變率對(duì)地質(zhì)聚合物混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響

【摘要】:采用自主研制的高溫SHPB試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),對(duì)高溫條件下地質(zhì)聚合物混凝土的動(dòng)態(tài)抗壓強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:200℃時(shí)地質(zhì)聚合物混凝土的動(dòng)態(tài)抗壓強(qiáng)度較常溫時(shí)有所增長(zhǎng),800℃時(shí)強(qiáng)度則急劇下降;應(yīng)變率隨彈速近似線性增長(zhǎng);同一彈速水平下,200~600℃時(shí)的應(yīng)變率與常溫接近,800℃時(shí)較常溫提高明顯;高溫條件下,由側(cè)向約束引起的附加應(yīng)力可以忽略不計(jì),試驗(yàn)所測(cè)得的動(dòng)態(tài)強(qiáng)度增長(zhǎng)因子(DIF)的應(yīng)變率增強(qiáng)效應(yīng)反應(yīng)了材料的本質(zhì)屬性;在30~130 s-1應(yīng)變率范圍內(nèi),高溫下地質(zhì)聚合物混凝土的DIF與應(yīng)變率的對(duì)數(shù)呈線性關(guān)系,且溫度越高,應(yīng)變率效應(yīng)越明顯。
