基于水城特色塑造的水網(wǎng)城市土地利用策略及適宜性評價研究

【摘要】：水網(wǎng)城市的水城特色由自古以來水陸交通并行、用地與水體積極配合而形成。本文認為,不盡合理的土地利用方式是造成這一特色喪失的主要原因。在傳統(tǒng)功能主義規(guī)劃思想的主導下,河網(wǎng)常被當作地塊的天然界限處理,河流景觀帶被封閉在各種專屬用地中,致使濱水地區(qū)的公共參與度急劇下降。這種單純追求使用方便的土地利用方式造成了社會大眾的公共生活與河道景觀的分離,使水網(wǎng)城市歷史中所形成的土地利用與河網(wǎng)積極配合的格局喪失。為此,本文以土地利用為落腳點進行探索,并以此為基礎提出水城特色塑造視角下的土地利用策略及適宜性評價方法,為今后水網(wǎng)城市的規(guī)劃建設提供參考。論文第一章介紹選題背景、研究的目的及意義,論文研究的主要內容及采用的研究方法。第二章界定研究對象,并將研究對象與相關概念的內涵進行辨析,同時介紹了國內外相關研究的進展。第三章立足于水城特色塑造視角,對以往規(guī)劃思維及土地適宜性評價進行思考,提出水網(wǎng)城市塑造水城特色的土地利用要求以及選定土地適宜性評價中所使用的具體算法。第四章在前文所進行的反思總結下提出了基于水城特色塑造的水網(wǎng)城市土地利用策略。第五章在水網(wǎng)城市土地利用策略的核心思想指導下,建立基于水城特色塑造的水網(wǎng)城市土地利用適宜性評價體系,為水網(wǎng)城市的用地功能選擇提供有力工具。
[Abstract]:The water city features of the water network city are formed by the combination of land and water traffic since ancient times. This paper argues that unreasonable land use is the main reason for the loss of this feature. Under the guidance of traditional functionalism, river networks are often treated as the natural boundaries of land blocks. The river landscape is closed in all kinds of exclusive land, resulting in a sharp decline in public participation in waterfront areas. The simple pursuit of convenient land use has resulted in the separation of public life and river landscape, and the loss of the pattern of land use and river network active cooperation in the history of water network city. Therefore, this paper explores the land use as its foothold, and puts forward the land use strategy and suitability evaluation method from the perspective of water city characteristics, which provides a reference for the planning and construction of water network city in the future. The first chapter introduces the background, the purpose and significance of the research, the main contents of the paper and the research methods adopted. The second chapter defines the research object, and analyzes the connotation of the research object and related concepts. At the same time, it introduces the related research progress at home and abroad. The third chapter is based on the perspective of water city characteristics, thinking about the past planning thinking and land suitability evaluation, and puts forward the land use requirements of water network cities to shape water city characteristics and the specific algorithms used in the selection of land suitability evaluation. The fourth chapter puts forward the strategy of urban land use based on the characteristics of water city. In the fifth chapter, under the guidance of the core idea of the urban land use strategy of the water network, the evaluation system of the suitability of the land use of the water network city is established based on the characteristics of the water city, which provides a powerful tool for the choice of the land use function of the water network city.
