【摘要】：蘇州高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)設(shè)立時(shí)預(yù)設(shè)的主要功能是產(chǎn)業(yè),傾向于生產(chǎn)空間的培育,對(duì)生活空間的關(guān)注不夠。這種見物不見人的發(fā)展理念導(dǎo)致了高新區(qū)專注于經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng),而忽略了人的發(fā)展,沒有考慮人的真實(shí)需求。在此背景下形成的公共空間具有“高、新、大、快”的特征,以及存在孤立化、私有化、形象化、和粗放化等諸多問題。目前,蘇州高新區(qū)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展期,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、空間結(jié)構(gòu)和人口結(jié)構(gòu)都發(fā)生了深刻的變化,這些變化致使高新區(qū)對(duì)公共空間提出了新的訴求。此外,公眾對(duì)公共空間精細(xì)化和人性化的使用要求日顯迫切,促使人性化成為公共空間設(shè)計(jì)的主要維度和必然趨勢(shì)。本文在對(duì)高新區(qū)公共空間的發(fā)展歷程、系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成、現(xiàn)狀特征以及存在的問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理后,以人性化公共空間的需求與供給關(guān)系為切入點(diǎn),從心理、行為、尺度和文化四個(gè)層面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化思路探討。運(yùn)用馬斯洛需求層次理論和環(huán)境行為理論,分別對(duì)公眾的心理需求和行為規(guī)律進(jìn)行深入地探討,以求了解公眾的真實(shí)需求。運(yùn)用文脈主義理論和日常生活視角,分別從公共空間的文化內(nèi)涵和人性尺度方面進(jìn)行解析,針對(duì)高新區(qū)公共空間的特征及問題進(jìn)行剖析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)層面提出優(yōu)化策略,宏觀策略具體為公共空間的系統(tǒng)化建構(gòu)、立體化建構(gòu)、步行系統(tǒng)修復(fù)、公共性回歸、細(xì)微型公共空間塑造和人性化管理；微觀設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)包括空間細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)和微觀元素設(shè)計(jì)。最后結(jié)合蘇州高新區(qū)四種主要的公共空間類型進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的探討。
[Abstract]:The main presupposition function of Suzhou Hi-tech Development Zone is industry, which tends to cultivate the production space and pay less attention to the living space. This kind of development concept leads to the high-tech zone focusing on the economic growth, ignoring the development of people, not taking into account the real needs of people. In this context, the public space has the characteristics of "high, new, large and fast", and there are many problems such as isolation, privatization, visualization, extensive and so on. At present, Suzhou Hi-tech Development Zone has entered a period of transformation and development. The industrial structure, spatial structure and population structure have all undergone profound changes. These changes have led to a new demand for public space. In addition, the public demand for public space refinement and humanization is more and more urgent, which makes humanization become the main dimension and inevitable trend of public space design. After systematically combing the development course, system constitution, present situation characteristics and existing problems of the public space in the high-tech zone, this paper takes the relationship between the demand and supply of humanized public space as the breakthrough point, from the psychological and behavioral point of view. Scale and culture four levels to explore the optimization of ideas. In order to understand the real needs of the public, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and environmental behavior theory are used to probe into the psychological needs and behavior rules of the public. From the angle of cultural connotation and human nature of public space, this paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of public space in high-tech zones by using the theory of context and the perspective of daily life. On this basis, the optimization strategies are put forward from the macro and micro levels respectively. The macro strategies are the systematic construction of public space, the three-dimensional construction, the repair of walking system, the return of publicity. Subtle public space shaping and humanized management; The key points of micro-design include spatial detail design and micro-element design. Finally, four main types of public space in Suzhou Hi-tech Zone are further discussed.
