【摘要】：摘要：根據(jù)中央和省市推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化的指示精神和縣域城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展的需要,湖南省十二五規(guī)劃確立湘潭、嘉禾、漢壽、冷水江四縣市為“湖南省城鄉(xiāng)一體化示范縣研究基地”。嘉禾地處大湘南的南部,鄰近廣東、廣西兩省,地理位置優(yōu)越,交通便捷。為大湘南產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移承接區(qū),城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)較好,農(nóng)村人口聚集程度高,具有發(fā)展城鄉(xiāng)一體化的良好條件。 本文的研究目的在于通過(guò)對(duì)具有典型湘南丘陵特色的嘉禾縣農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)空間分布的特征進(jìn)行分析,構(gòu)建一個(gè)科學(xué)合理的農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)評(píng)價(jià)體系,探尋農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)空間布局優(yōu)化的方法與途徑,為進(jìn)一步指導(dǎo)嘉禾縣城鄉(xiāng)一體化居民點(diǎn)體系建設(shè)提供科學(xué)的依據(jù),為湘南和其他相似丘陵、喀斯特地區(qū)的居民點(diǎn)布局優(yōu)化提供借鑒。 本研究綜合了景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)、地理信息學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等多學(xué)科內(nèi)容,交叉性較強(qiáng)。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為：(1)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)布局等方面的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述；總結(jié)并提出城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌影響下的農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)布局優(yōu)化概念,為重構(gòu)農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)體系奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。(2)在城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的背景下,在科學(xué)分析影響嘉禾縣農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)布局演變的驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制、主成分因子等的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)各農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展條件、發(fā)展方向作出綜合評(píng)價(jià)。(3)’以“生態(tài)安全、生產(chǎn)發(fā)展、生活便捷”為指導(dǎo)原則,構(gòu)建嘉禾縣農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)總體生態(tài)安全格局,得出農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)適宜性評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出居民點(diǎn)空間調(diào)控的措施和實(shí)施步驟,打造具有地域特色的典型農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)空間布局模式。 本研究從城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的角度,將城鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)視為有機(jī)結(jié)合的系統(tǒng)。提出了綜合優(yōu)化方案和實(shí)施措施。具有一定的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Abstract: according to the guiding spirit of central and provincial governments to promote urban-rural integration and the needs of county urban-rural integration, the 12th Five-Year Plan of Hunan Province established Xiangtan, Jiahe, Hanshou, Lengshuijiang four counties for the "Hunan Province urban-rural integration demonstration county research base." Jiahe is located in the south of southern Hunan, adjacent to Guangdong, Guangxi two provinces, superior geographical location, convenient transportation. It is a large industrial transfer area in southern Hunan. The development of urban and rural areas has a good foundation and a high level of rural population accumulation. It has a good condition for the development of urban-rural integration. The purpose of this paper is to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of rural residential areas by analyzing the spatial distribution of rural settlements in Jiahe County, which has the characteristics of typical southern Hunan hilly areas. To explore the ways and means of optimizing the spatial distribution of rural residential areas, to provide scientific basis for further guiding the construction of urban and rural integrated residential areas system in Jiahe County, and to provide scientific basis for the construction of southern Hunan and other similar hills. The optimization of residential area layout in karst area provides reference. In this study, landscape ecology, urban and rural planning, geography informatics, economics and other subjects are integrated. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the literature on rural residential area layout at home and abroad is summarized; This paper summarizes and puts forward the concept of optimizing the distribution of rural settlements under the influence of urban and rural planning, which lays a theoretical foundation for the reconstruction of rural residential areas. (2) under the background of urban and rural planning, On the basis of scientific analysis of driving mechanism and principal component factors affecting the evolution of rural residential land layout in Jiahe County, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the present situation, development conditions and development direction of rural residential areas in Jiahe County. (3) in order to "ecological security," Based on the guiding principle of production development and convenience of life, the overall ecological security pattern of rural residential areas in Jiahe County is constructed, and the evaluation results of the suitability of rural residential areas are obtained. On this basis, the measures and implementation steps of spatial regulation and control of residential areas are put forward. Create a typical rural residential space layout model with regional characteristics. From the perspective of urban and rural planning, this study regards urban and rural settlements as a system of organic integration. The comprehensive optimization scheme and implementation measures are put forward. It has certain theoretical and practical significance.
