電梯曳引系統(tǒng)中開關(guān)磁阻電動機低脈動調(diào)速系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:The motor of the elevator traction system is the key power source in the elevator system, and the use of more safe, stable, efficient and cost-effective motor is always the goal of the elevator traction system design. As a new type of special motor, switched reluctance motor (SRM) has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency and low manufacturing cost. However, the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor (SRM) speed regulation system restricts its wide application, and restraining torque ripple is the research hotspot of SRM. Based on the characteristics of rotating speed and torque of elevator traction system, this paper puts forward the research direction of applying switched reluctance motor to elevator traction system, and focuses on how to restrain torque ripple better in order to realize the goal of applying to elevator traction system. This paper focuses on the research and design of the low pulsating switched reluctance motor speed regulation system used in the elevator traction system. First of all, the related literature about the elevator traction system and the switched reluctance motor at home and abroad is studied thoroughly and thoroughly. The present situation and difficulties of the research are analyzed. On this basis, combined with the performance requirements of elevator traction system and the working principle and performance characteristics of switched reluctance motor, several control strategies to restrain torque ripple are studied. An instantaneous torque allocation control strategy based on RBF neural network identification model is proposed, and the simulation model is built on the Matlab/Simulink software platform to simulate the performance of the control strategy. On the basis of theoretical research and model simulation results, a 0.37KW four-phase 8 / 6 pole switched reluctance motor is used as a prototype, and a switched reluctance motor control driver based on Texas Instruments TMS320F28035 control chip is designed. AD2S1210 chip and rotary transformer are used as position speed sensor. Finally, the experiment is carried out by using the designed prototype to control the driver. The experimental results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively suppress torque ripple and play a positive role in the application of switched reluctance motor in elevator traction system.
