【摘要】：19世紀(jì)以來由于經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，城市也在發(fā)生著巨大的變化，與此同時(shí)很多歷史建筑因?yàn)闉樾陆ㄖ慕ㄖ粨p壞或者去除，這已經(jīng)威脅到城市形態(tài)的歷史性文脈特征和新舊文化的包容性延續(xù)性，。為此所引申出的舊建筑改造也就應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 作為建筑語言之一的材料就顯示其強(qiáng)大的生命力，為建筑的改造與更新提供了新的設(shè)計(jì)語言，新材料在對(duì)對(duì)舊建筑進(jìn)行改造利用使，以其自身的優(yōu)越性，為舊建筑增添了無與倫比的藝術(shù)魅力，切實(shí)保護(hù)了舊建筑的自身價(jià)值。 本文從現(xiàn)代材料與舊建筑相結(jié)合方面入手，一方面仔細(xì)研究舊建筑中原有材料出現(xiàn)的問題，并給予修繕的方法；另一方面詳細(xì)的介紹了常見建筑材料的自身屬性、應(yīng)用對(duì)象、使用范圍和基本構(gòu)造原理，，實(shí)現(xiàn)新材料與舊建筑的協(xié)調(diào)共生。通過研究國內(nèi)外舊建筑改造的優(yōu)秀案例給予舊建筑改造提供借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在最大限度的在保留舊建筑原有結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上，挖掘新材料的表現(xiàn)形式，實(shí)現(xiàn)舊建筑功能空間重新利用。
[Abstract]:Since the 19th century, as a result of economic development, cities have also undergone tremendous changes. At the same time, many historical buildings have been damaged or removed because of new buildings. This has threatened the historical context of urban formation and the inclusive continuity of old and new cultures. For this reason, the extension of the old building transformation also came into being. As one of the architectural languages, the material shows its strong vitality and provides a new design language for the renovation and renewal of buildings. It adds unparalleled artistic charm to the old building and protects its own value. This paper starts with the combination of modern materials and old buildings. On the one hand, it studies the problems of the original materials in the old buildings and gives the methods of repairing them. On the other hand, it introduces in detail the properties of common building materials, the application object, the scope of use and the basic construction principle, so as to realize the harmony and symbiosis between the new materials and the old buildings. Through the study of domestic and foreign outstanding cases of old building reconstruction to provide reference experience. On the basis of retaining the original structure of the old building to the maximum extent, the paper excavates the expression form of the new material and realizes the reuse of the functional space of the old building.
