裝配式混凝土復(fù)合外墻板力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:房屋建筑工業(yè)化指構(gòu)配件生產(chǎn)工廠化、現(xiàn)場施工裝配化、組織管理科學(xué)化。房屋建筑工業(yè)化可提高房屋建筑質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率,降低成本和能耗,已經(jīng)成為日本、美國等發(fā)達國家的主要建筑技術(shù)。近年來,隨著我國建筑業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,國家及各地方政府也在大力提倡房屋建筑工業(yè)化,特別是在住宅建設(shè)中大力提倡住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化。圍護結(jié)構(gòu)是房屋的重要組成部分,圍護結(jié)構(gòu)的類型和施工方法直接影響到房屋工業(yè)化水平。裝配式混凝土復(fù)合墻板是一種適合于房屋工業(yè)化的圍護體系,具有安裝方便、整體性好等優(yōu)點,特別適合于鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)和混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),本文主要針對裝配式混凝土復(fù)合墻體進行研究:1、在現(xiàn)有裝配式混凝土復(fù)合墻體基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了一種保溫裝飾一體化聚苯顆;炷凉嘧w,該體系依托框架結(jié)構(gòu),現(xiàn)場安裝C型龍骨、外層保溫裝飾一體板、內(nèi)層水泥纖維板,內(nèi)外層之間灌注聚苯顆粒混凝土,實現(xiàn)了外圍護和外裝飾一次成型。2、研究了保溫裝飾一體化聚苯顆;炷凉嘧Φ牟牧狭W(xué)性能,為墻體承載力分析計算提供了依據(jù);3、對鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)和填充了保溫裝飾一體化聚苯顆粒混凝土灌注墻的鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)分別進行了低周反復(fù)荷載試驗,試驗表明保溫裝飾一體化聚苯顆;炷凉嘧τ辛己玫目顾降卣鹉芰、耗能能力和延性;4、對鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)和填充了保溫裝飾一體化聚苯顆粒混凝土灌注墻的鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)分別進行了有限元計算模擬,計算結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果之間吻合較好。利用有限元軟件對保溫裝飾一體化聚苯顆粒混凝土灌注墻的不同參數(shù)進行拓展分析,彌補了試驗研究的不足;5、對某四層住宅的北側(cè)墻體的建筑物能耗和經(jīng)濟指標分析表明,保溫裝飾一體化灌注墻的保溫節(jié)能效果明顯,為該體系的應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Housing construction industrialization refers to the industrial production of fittings, site construction and assembly, scientific organization and management. Building industrialization can improve the building quality and production efficiency, reduce the cost and energy consumption, and has become the main building technology in developed countries, such as Japan, the United States and so on. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's construction industry, the state and local governments are also vigorously promoting housing industrialization, especially in housing construction. Enclosure structure is an important part of building. The type and construction method of enclosure structure directly affect the industrialization level of building. The fabricated concrete composite wall slab is a kind of enclosing system suitable for building industrialization. It has the advantages of convenient installation and good integrity, especially for steel frame structure and concrete frame structure. This paper mainly focuses on the prefabricated concrete composite wall: 1. Based on the existing assembled concrete composite wall, a kind of thermal insulation decoration integrated polystyrene granular concrete pouring wall is designed, and the system relies on the frame structure. C type keel, outer insulation and decoration board, inner layer cement fibreboard, pouring polystyrene granular concrete between inner and outer layers are installed on the spot, realizing one molding of outer envelope and exterior decoration. 2, In this paper, the mechanical properties of materials of polystyrene granular concrete cast-in-place wall with heat preservation and decoration are studied, which provides the basis for the analysis and calculation of wall bearing capacity. 3. The low cycle cyclic loading tests were carried out on the steel frame structure and the steel frame structure filled with heat preservation and decoration integrated polystyrene granular concrete cast-in-place wall. The test results show that the thermal insulation and decoration integrated polystyrene granular concrete wall has good horizontal seismic resistance, energy dissipation and ductility. 4. The steel frame structure and the steel frame structure filled with thermal insulation and decorating polystyrene granular concrete cast-in-place wall are simulated by finite element method, and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The finite element software is used to expand and analyze the different parameters of the thermal insulation and decoration integrated polystyrene granular concrete cast-in-place wall, which makes up for the deficiency of the experimental research. 5. The analysis of building energy consumption and economic index of the north wall of a four-story residence shows that the heat preservation and energy saving effect of the wall is obvious, which lays a foundation for the application of the system.
