舊房拆遷廢棄建筑粘土磚的再利用研究

【摘要】:本文對廢棄建筑粘土磚進行了資源化綜合利用,以解決其長期處理問題。以廢棄建筑粘土磚為硅質原料,石灰為鈣質原料,石英粉為硅質改性原料,在水熱合成蒸壓養(yǎng)護(180℃,1MPa)工藝下獲得了以托貝莫來石為主要水化相的高性能殼層陶粒。對此新型陶粒的物理性能、力學性能及其混凝土的力學性能和耐久性能進行了系統(tǒng)研究,對蒸壓殼層陶;炷恋脑鰪姍C理進行了深入探討。實驗結果表明,在水熱合成180℃,1MPa蒸壓10h的制度下,混合料鈣硅比為0.75,石英粉摻量為15%時,可以制備出高性能的廢棄建筑粘土磚殼層陶粒。陶粒筒壓強度達到12.27MPa,表觀密度為1555kg/m3,15次凍融循環(huán)下,質量損失僅0.72%,殼層的引入有效地提高了陶粒強度及抗凍性。 在對此蒸壓殼層陶;炷列阅苎芯恐邪l(fā)現(xiàn),陶;炷列阅芤獌(yōu)于直接破碎的粘土磚粒制備的混凝土。陶粒的加入,在混凝土強度滿足要求的情況下,降低了混凝土的密度,使陶;炷辆哂辛肆己玫墓ぷ餍阅;加入1%減水劑的CL50試配強度混凝土其28d抗壓強度可達到53.13MPa,60d抗壓強度甚至達到了55.18MPa,且質輕,使其在高層、大跨度建筑物結構上具有更廣闊的應用前景;在相同的齡期下,標準養(yǎng)護的陶粒混凝土強度要比水養(yǎng)護的混凝土強度提高約8%左右;廢棄建筑粘土磚殼層陶;炷恋膹椥阅A勘葻Y陶粒混凝土的彈性模量提高了38.1%,同時具有良好的耐久性。
