長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)以能耗為目標(biāo)的住宅節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:居住建筑節(jié)能研究一直是我國(guó)建筑節(jié)能研究工作中的一個(gè)重要工作。北方寒冷和嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)的居住建筑只需考慮冬季保溫,圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)也只需增加保溫材料的厚度,,夏熱冬暖地區(qū)也只要考慮夏季隔熱,不需要進(jìn)行圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)保溫處理。然而,夏熱冬冷地區(qū)要兼顧夏季隔熱和冬季保溫,因此夏熱冬冷地區(qū)的節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)是研究的難點(diǎn)。 當(dāng)前,長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)節(jié)能住宅冬夏季室內(nèi)熱環(huán)境改善和能耗降低的效果不明顯,一方面影響業(yè)主以及開(kāi)發(fā)商的積極性,同時(shí)又需增加投入,提高造價(jià)造成了新的浪費(fèi)。因此,提出適用于湖南長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)的整體節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)策略,是目前亟待解決的問(wèn)題。對(duì)于夏熱冬冷地區(qū)建筑節(jié)能方面的研究,國(guó)內(nèi)已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了諸多方面的探討,但進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計(jì)策略性的研究較少,相關(guān)的系統(tǒng)性論著更是少見(jiàn)。筆者通過(guò)參與課題,并基于現(xiàn)有研究成果和對(duì)節(jié)能策略的進(jìn)一步研究,利用軟件模擬和實(shí)地測(cè)試相結(jié)合的方法,研究出該地區(qū)住宅節(jié)能的最佳設(shè)計(jì)策略。 首先通過(guò)資料統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,總結(jié)長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代住宅平面及構(gòu)造優(yōu)勢(shì),并分析歸納當(dāng)?shù)氐臍夂蝾愋图疤攸c(diǎn),從建筑空間和平面設(shè)計(jì)、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、被動(dòng)式策略及行為模式等方面,總結(jié)出典型住宅戶型。 然后,在保持熱環(huán)境舒適的情況下,以能耗為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過(guò)Designbuild軟件建立典型戶型,有序的進(jìn)行軟件模擬實(shí)驗(yàn):通過(guò)圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)能耗比例模擬,確定圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)能耗影響因素中的重點(diǎn)對(duì)象,針對(duì)這些影響因素,以間歇型和連續(xù)型兩種能耗方式,分別進(jìn)行模擬,得到圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)及被動(dòng)策略的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)策略。 再通過(guò)實(shí)地測(cè)試改造前后傳統(tǒng)住宅的能耗改善效果,來(lái)驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)策略的可行性。最后總結(jié)出長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)以能耗為目標(biāo)的住宅節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)策略。
[Abstract]:Residential building energy conservation research has been an important work in the research of building energy conservation in China. The residential buildings in the cold and cold areas of the north only need to consider the winter insulation, and the enclosure structure only needs to increase the thickness of the insulation materials. In the hot summer and warm winter areas, only the heat insulation in summer is considered, and there is no need for the thermal insulation of the enclosure structure. However, heat insulation in summer and heat preservation in winter should be taken into account in hot summer and cold winter area, so energy saving design in hot summer and cold winter area is a difficult point. At present, the improvement of indoor thermal environment and the reduction of energy consumption of energy-saving residential buildings in Changsha are not obvious. On the one hand, it affects the enthusiasm of the owners and developers, and at the same time, it needs to increase investment, which results in a new waste. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to put forward the overall energy-saving design strategy for Hunan Changsha area. For the study of building energy efficiency in hot summer and cold winter area, many aspects have been discussed in China, but the overall design strategy research is less, and the related systematic works are more rare. Based on the existing research results and the further research on energy-saving strategy, the author studies the best design strategy of residential energy saving in this area by using the method of software simulation and field test. Firstly, through statistics and analysis of data, this paper summarizes the advantages of traditional and modern residential flat and structure in Changsha area, and analyzes and summarizes the local climate types and characteristics, including architectural space and plane design, enclosure structure design. Passive strategies and behavior patterns, summed up the typical residential units. Then, under the condition of keeping the thermal environment comfortable, taking the energy consumption as the evaluation index, the typical household type is established by the Designbuild software, and the software simulation experiment is carried out in an orderly manner: through the simulation of the proportion of energy consumption of the envelope structure, The key objects of the factors affecting the energy consumption of the enclosure structure are determined. According to these factors, the intermittent and continuous energy consumption modes are simulated respectively, and the related design strategies of the envelope structure and passive strategy are obtained. The feasibility of the design strategy is verified by field test of the energy consumption improvement effect of the traditional residence before and after the retrofit. Finally, the energy-saving design strategy for residential buildings in Changsha is summarized.
