基于BIM的進(jìn)度看板研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)度管理作為工程項(xiàng)目管理的一個(gè)重要組成部分,其重要性越來(lái)越凸顯出來(lái),它是獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益的良好保證,也是企業(yè)自身管理能力的直接體現(xiàn)。P6、Project等項(xiàng)目管理軟件的研發(fā)和應(yīng)用,使進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展時(shí)期。雖然網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃等計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于進(jìn)度管理可提升進(jìn)度管理水平,但實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中仍然存在許多依靠先進(jìn)技術(shù)和管理方法無(wú)法解決的問(wèn)題,影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益?窗骞芾砑夹g(shù)是精益建造的一部分,將制造業(yè)的看板管理應(yīng)用于工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理中,,可以提升進(jìn)度管理的時(shí)效性及準(zhǔn)確性。將BIM技術(shù)和看板技術(shù)相結(jié)合,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度管理,對(duì)于控制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,避免進(jìn)度偏差,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文采用文獻(xiàn)查閱、調(diào)查分析等方法,對(duì)BIM技術(shù)、看板管理、進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行多層次研究。文章首先分析BIM技術(shù)產(chǎn)生,介紹現(xiàn)有軟件系統(tǒng),在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了國(guó)內(nèi)某大型項(xiàng)目3D建筑信息模型;其次,構(gòu)建BIM進(jìn)度看板管理系統(tǒng),創(chuàng)建進(jìn)度信息看板、基于條碼幕墻跟蹤看板;最后,分析BIM進(jìn)度看板引入的效益,探討B(tài)IM進(jìn)度看板的優(yōu)越性。本文為BIM技術(shù)在工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中的應(yīng)用,帶來(lái)了新視角,將BIM技術(shù)、看板管理技術(shù)與項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理相結(jié)合,為項(xiàng)目管理提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:Schedule management as an important part of project management, its importance is more and more prominent, it is a good guarantee of economic and social benefits, but also a direct embodiment of the enterprise's own management ability. P6, Project and other project management software development and application, progress management into a high-speed development period. Although the application of computer technology such as network planning to schedule management can improve the level of progress management, there are still many problems that can not be solved by advanced technology and management methods in actual projects, which affect the progress of projects and economic benefits. Kanban management technology is a part of lean construction. Applying Kanban management of manufacturing industry to project schedule management can improve the timeliness and accuracy of schedule management. The combination of BIM technology and Kanban technology to manage the progress of the project is of great practical significance for controlling the progress plan of the project and avoiding the deviation of the progress. In this paper, BIM technology, Kanban management and schedule management are studied by means of literature review, investigation and analysis. Firstly, this paper analyzes the generation of BIM technology and introduces the existing software system. On this basis, the 3D building information model of a large project in China is constructed. Secondly, we construct the BIM progress Kanban management system, create the progress information Kanban, based on barcode curtain wall tracking Kanban; finally, analyze the efficiency of BIM progress Kanban, discuss the advantages of BIM progress Kanban. This paper brings a new angle of view for the application of BIM technology in project schedule management. The combination of BIM technology, Kanban management technology and project schedule management provides a new idea for project management.
