基于BIM的進(jìn)度看板研究
[Abstract]:Schedule management as an important part of project management, its importance is more and more prominent, it is a good guarantee of economic and social benefits, but also a direct embodiment of the enterprise's own management ability. P6, Project and other project management software development and application, progress management into a high-speed development period. Although the application of computer technology such as network planning to schedule management can improve the level of progress management, there are still many problems that can not be solved by advanced technology and management methods in actual projects, which affect the progress of projects and economic benefits. Kanban management technology is a part of lean construction. Applying Kanban management of manufacturing industry to project schedule management can improve the timeliness and accuracy of schedule management. The combination of BIM technology and Kanban technology to manage the progress of the project is of great practical significance for controlling the progress plan of the project and avoiding the deviation of the progress. In this paper, BIM technology, Kanban management and schedule management are studied by means of literature review, investigation and analysis. Firstly, this paper analyzes the generation of BIM technology and introduces the existing software system. On this basis, the 3D building information model of a large project in China is constructed. Secondly, we construct the BIM progress Kanban management system, create the progress information Kanban, based on barcode curtain wall tracking Kanban; finally, analyze the efficiency of BIM progress Kanban, discuss the advantages of BIM progress Kanban. This paper brings a new angle of view for the application of BIM technology in project schedule management. The combination of BIM technology, Kanban management technology and project schedule management provides a new idea for project management.
