A建設項目的質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:隨著建筑工程的不斷發(fā)展,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑體系得到廣泛應用和推廣。截止現(xiàn)階段,國內(nèi)外已經(jīng)形成多種類型的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑體系,日前,我國建筑工程中已出現(xiàn)工業(yè)化鋼結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品,工業(yè)化鋼結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)生標志著我國鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑體系進入一個嶄新的階段。 本課題通過分析鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程質(zhì)量管理發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合相關專家的研究成果與理論方法,對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的質(zhì)量管理以及質(zhì)量控制進行深入的研究與分析,建立了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程全面質(zhì)量管理體系。同時在該體系下,運用層次分析法確定該體系內(nèi)相關因素的權(quán)重,運用模糊數(shù)學評價方法對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程質(zhì)量進行評價,最終確定鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程項目的質(zhì)量等級。 并且重點以廣州工業(yè)大學圖書館信息中心鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程項目(以下簡稱A建設項目)為實例分析,對文中所建立的質(zhì)量管理與控制體系進行分析與運用,通過數(shù)理統(tǒng)計方法在A建設項目的質(zhì)量管理中應用進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。工程實例表明,本文方法對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程項目的質(zhì)量管理控制與評價起到了很大的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of building engineering, steel structure building system has been widely used and popularized. Up to the present stage, many kinds of steel structure building systems have been formed at home and abroad. A few days ago, industrialized steel structure products appeared in China's construction projects. The emergence of industrial steel structure products marks a new stage of steel structure building system in China. Through analyzing the present situation of the quality management of steel structure engineering, combining with the research results and theoretical methods of relevant experts, this paper makes a deep research and analysis on the quality management and quality control of steel structure engineering. The total quality management system of steel structure engineering is established. At the same time, the weight of relevant factors in the system is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the quality of steel structure engineering is evaluated by fuzzy mathematics evaluation method, and the quality grade of steel structure engineering project is finally determined. Taking the steel structure engineering project of library information center of Guangzhou University of Technology (hereinafter referred to as "A Construction Project") as an example, the quality management and control system established in this paper is analyzed and applied. Through the mathematical statistics method in A construction project quality management application data analysis. The engineering example shows that this method has great practical significance for the quality control and evaluation of steel structure engineering project.
