不間斷制熱技術(shù)應(yīng)用于熱泵機(jī)的實驗測試

【摘要】:介紹了3種常規(guī)的不間斷制熱技術(shù),包括電熱式、輻射式和蓄熱式。選用蓄熱式技術(shù)應(yīng)用于16kW商用機(jī),實驗測試得出蓄熱式技術(shù)對提升制熱量效果明顯,低溫制熱量有8%~15%的提升;可抑制結(jié)霜,減少結(jié)霜量,同時縮短化霜時間1~3min;室內(nèi)機(jī)出風(fēng)口溫度相比常規(guī)空調(diào)有3~5℃的提升。
[Abstract]:Three kinds of conventional uninterrupted heating techniques are introduced, including electrothermal, radiative and regenerative. The regenerative technology is used in 16kW commercial computer. The experimental test shows that the regenerative technology has obvious effect on raising the heating capacity, the low temperature heating capacity is increased by 8%, the frost formation can be inhibited, the frost volume can be reduced, and the defrosting time is shortened for 1 min.
