【摘要】：快速的城市化進程使農(nóng)村人口不斷涌入城市,巨大的人口基數(shù)導(dǎo)致城市人口惡性膨脹,城市發(fā)展面臨前所未有的壓力。因此農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化或者半城市化則成為我國緩解城市化壓力的必由之路。經(jīng)濟的迅猛發(fā)展以及“新農(nóng)村建設(shè)”的歷史洪流正將千百年來處于自發(fā)性緩慢更新狀態(tài)下的中國農(nóng)村更新不斷提速,“速度”已是這個時代發(fā)展無法回避的話題,個體的有機更新理念雖不斷被呼吁,但卻無力阻擋中國農(nóng)村的大面積“變臉”。 本文以“戶型”這一要素作為村鎮(zhèn)更新控制之切入點,通過調(diào)研浙江省湖州地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)更新現(xiàn)狀及農(nóng)宅居住需求,研究農(nóng)民活動方式對農(nóng)宅類型的限制及影響,歸納并提出適合當(dāng)?shù)鼐幼⌒枨蟮膽粜徒Y(jié)構(gòu)模式及戶內(nèi)空間組織原則。本文并未局限于狹義的戶型研究,僅僅提出相對固化的設(shè)計圖式,而是針對當(dāng)?shù)刈舻木幼⌒枨筇岢鱿鄳?yīng)的模式圖解及規(guī)律,以期為今后村鎮(zhèn)更新設(shè)計提供借鑒和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid urbanization makes the rural population pour into the city continuously, the huge population base causes the city population malignant expansion, the city development faces the unprecedented pressure. Therefore, rural urbanization or semi-urbanization has become the only way to alleviate the pressure of urbanization. The rapid development of economy and the historical torrent of "new rural construction" are increasing the speed of rural renewal in China, which has been in the state of spontaneous and slow renewal for thousands of years. "speed" has become an unavoidable topic in the development of this era. Individual organic renewal concept has been called for, but can not stop the large area of China's rural "face change." This paper takes the "household type" as the entry point of the village and town renewal control, through investigating the current situation of the village and town renewal in Huzhou area of Zhejiang Province and the living demand of the farm house, studies the restriction and influence of the farmer's activity mode on the type of the farm house. The model of household structure and the principles of indoor space organization are summarized and put forward. This paper is not limited to the narrow study of the household type, only put forward a relatively solidified design schema, but to the local residents' housing needs of the corresponding schematics and laws, in order to provide a reference and basis for the future renewal of the design of villages and towns.
