挖掘機中央回轉接頭軸體結合部密封性能研究

【摘要】:中央回轉接頭是挖掘機的關鍵部件,保證其長期有效地工作具有重大的意義。但在實際工程應用中,中央回轉接頭軸體結合部0形密封圈經常發(fā)生密封失效的現(xiàn)象,導致嚴重的泄漏問題。本文旨在對中央回轉接頭軸體結合部O形圈密封性能展開研究,確定影響其密封性能的主要影響因素,為中央回轉接頭軸體結合部O形圈密封設計與優(yōu)化提供參考依據(jù)。 本文主要的研究工作: (1)介紹了O形圈密封的結構參數(shù),論述了O形圈密封的密封原理,闡述了O形密封圈的摩擦、磨損,概括了決定密封性能的主要因素,分析總結了O形圈密封的失效模式。 (2)確定橡膠材料的本構模型,利用有限元分析軟件Abaqus建立O形圈靜、動密封仿真模型,對比復雜三維旋轉密封模型與簡化二維靜密封模型的仿真結果,分析提出使用二維簡化模型進行仿真研究的可行性,在此基礎上分析密封性能的諸多影響因素,并利用正交試驗法研究此類因素對密封性能的影響規(guī)律。 (3)在第二章研究結論的基礎上,建立O形圈旋轉密封摩擦熱仿真模型,考察壓縮率、環(huán)境溫度等因素對O形圈溫度場的影響,指出中央回轉接頭軸體結合部O形圈發(fā)生局部高溫失效的可能作用機制。 (4)在本文研究過程中,實驗數(shù)據(jù)主要來自于主機廠的使用反饋,為獲得更為詳細的數(shù)據(jù)信息,深化研究工作,設計開發(fā)了中央回轉接頭密封性能對比試驗臺,目前已完成試驗臺的設計與理論驗證工作。
[Abstract]:The central rotary joint is the key component of excavator. It is of great significance to ensure its long-term and effective work. But in the practical engineering application, the sealing failure of the 0-shape sealing ring in the shaft joint of the central rotary joint often occurs, which leads to the serious leakage problem. The purpose of this paper is to study the sealing performance of O-ring seal in shaft joint of central rotary joint, to determine the main influencing factors, and to provide a reference for the design and optimization of O-ring seal in shaft joint of central rotary joint. The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) the structural parameters of O-ring seal are introduced, the sealing principle of O-ring seal is discussed, the friction and wear of O-ring seal is expounded, and the main factors that determine the sealing performance are summarized. The failure mode of O-ring seal is analyzed and summarized. (2) the constitutive model of rubber material is determined, the simulation model of O-ring static and dynamic seal is established by using finite element analysis software Abaqus, and the simulation results of complicated three-dimensional rotating seal model and simplified two-dimensional static seal model are compared. The feasibility of using two-dimensional simplified model to simulate the seal performance is analyzed. Based on this, many factors affecting the seal performance are analyzed, and the law of the influence of these factors on the seal performance is studied by orthogonal test. (3) based on the conclusion of the second chapter, the friction thermal simulation model of O-ring rotary seal is established, and the influence of compression ratio and ambient temperature on the temperature field of O-ring is investigated. The possible mechanism of local high temperature failure of O-ring in shaft joint of central rotary joint is pointed out. (4) in the course of this research, the experimental data mainly come from the main engine factory's use feedback. In order to obtain more detailed data information and deepen the research work, a comparative test bed for the sealing performance of the central rotary joint is designed and developed. At present, the design and theoretical verification of the test bench have been completed.
