【摘要】：本文認為新型城鎮(zhèn)化應(yīng)是集空間、機制、路徑于一體的系統(tǒng)性創(chuàng)新型城鎮(zhèn)化。通過進一步剖析"全域城市化"概念的實踐與理論意義,進而優(yōu)化對這一概念的定義,本文提出全域城市化有潛力成為一種基于我國特定國情,在完整城市行政區(qū)域內(nèi)統(tǒng)籌區(qū)域、城鄉(xiāng)、城市化的傳統(tǒng)性與當代性以及城市化的目標與機制的新型城鎮(zhèn)化模式。之后,本文針對優(yōu)化后的內(nèi)涵建立了相應(yīng)的評估體系,并針對大連進行了初步運用。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that new urbanization should be a systematic and innovative urbanization which integrates space, mechanism and path. By further analyzing the practical and theoretical significance of the concept of "global urbanization", and then optimizing the definition of the concept, this paper proposes that the concept of "global urbanization" has the potential to become a kind of special situation based on our country. It is a new urbanization mode of coordinating the region, urban and rural areas, the traditional and contemporary nature of urbanization, and the goal and mechanism of urbanization in a complete urban administrative region. After that, this paper establishes the corresponding evaluation system for the optimized connotation, and makes a preliminary application to Dalian.
