【摘要】：本文通過(guò)結(jié)合最新的國(guó)內(nèi)北方居住小區(qū)園林景觀工程實(shí)例，探討大地庫(kù)上蓋的景觀規(guī)劃的合理性，提出解決土壤下疏水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)，完善地庫(kù)頂板荷載限制下的種植地形規(guī)劃，以及平衡建筑投資與景觀效果的利益關(guān)系的建議。并以此歸納總結(jié)出解決目前大型地庫(kù)上蓋住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)中難免會(huì)遇到的普遍問(wèn)題的方法與理論，為以后北方同類型設(shè)計(jì)提供一種思路和有益的參考。 論文第一章緒論以簡(jiǎn)述現(xiàn)代居住小區(qū)的景觀設(shè)計(jì)研究成果的為背景，指出對(duì)大型地下車(chē)庫(kù)上蓋景觀營(yíng)造手法及技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，并對(duì)相關(guān)的概念進(jìn)行定義及界定。 第二章，通過(guò)分析及比較國(guó)內(nèi)外的現(xiàn)代居住區(qū)的發(fā)展歷程，論述了現(xiàn)代居住區(qū)園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)的基本功能及構(gòu)成元素，，探索出現(xiàn)今車(chē)庫(kù)頂板園林景觀營(yíng)造的存在問(wèn)題。 第三章，分析地庫(kù)上蓋園林景觀營(yíng)造過(guò)程中存在的難點(diǎn)并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案。其中，首先通過(guò)系統(tǒng)分析地下車(chē)庫(kù)頂板上蓋的防水與疏水系統(tǒng)做法。其次，通過(guò)分析闡述出地形營(yíng)造與荷載的關(guān)系，植被選用、水體營(yíng)造以及車(chē)庫(kù)建筑的配套構(gòu)筑物與地庫(kù)邊界的處理方式及注意事項(xiàng)，總結(jié)出地下車(chē)庫(kù)頂板景觀營(yíng)造構(gòu)成元素的營(yíng)造法則。 第四章，以本研究課題的思路及成果為依據(jù)，通過(guò)工程實(shí)例進(jìn)行分項(xiàng)分析，并對(duì)現(xiàn)行居住小區(qū)地庫(kù)上蓋園林景觀的設(shè)計(jì)思路及施工手法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)及反思。 希望通過(guò)本文的梳理,,從園林理論的視角豐富現(xiàn)代居住小區(qū)園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)的研究,為今后園林景觀營(yíng)造技術(shù)的提升提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the rationality of landscape planning of the upper cover of the earth database is discussed through the latest examples of landscape engineering in the northern residential area of China, and the difficulties in the design of the drainage system under the soil are put forward. It is suggested to perfect the planning of planting terrain under the limit of floor roof load and to balance the benefit relationship between architectural investment and landscape effect. The methods and theories of solving the common problems in the landscape design of large underground residential areas are summarized and summarized, which provides a kind of thinking and useful reference for the design of the same type in the north in the future. The first chapter is based on the background of landscape design research in modern residential areas, and points out the practical significance of analyzing and studying the techniques and techniques of landscape construction of large underground garages, and defines the related concepts. In the second chapter, by analyzing and comparing the development course of modern residential area at home and abroad, the basic function and composing elements of landscape design of modern residential area are discussed, and the existing problems of landscape architecture of garage roof are explored. The third chapter analyzes the difficulties in the process of landscape construction and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Firstly, the waterproof and hydrophobic system of the roof cover of underground garage is analyzed systematically. Secondly, the relationship between terrain construction and load, the selection of vegetation, the construction of water body and the treatment of auxiliary structure and basement boundary of garage building are discussed. Summarizes the underground garage roof landscape building elements of the building rules. In the fourth chapter, based on the ideas and results of this research project, this paper analyzes the project examples, and evaluates and reflects on the design ideas and construction methods of the landscape of the basement of the current residential district. The author hopes to enrich the research on the landscape design of modern residential district from the perspective of garden theory, and to provide the basis for the improvement of landscape architecture technology in the future.
