【摘要】：采用聲發(fā)射技術(shù),對(duì)銹蝕過(guò)程中的鋼筋混凝土試件進(jìn)行在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè),研究聲發(fā)射信號(hào)與實(shí)際銹蝕位置及銹蝕程度的關(guān)系.結(jié)果表明:鋼筋混凝土加速銹蝕過(guò)程中,聲發(fā)射定位結(jié)果圖與試件銹蝕的位置和分布情況,聲發(fā)射定位事件數(shù)與試件實(shí)際銹蝕程度都有較好的一致性.利用聲發(fā)射技術(shù)對(duì)試件的整個(gè)銹蝕過(guò)程進(jìn)行在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)是可行的,在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)的聲發(fā)射信號(hào)數(shù)據(jù)可以有效地反映鋼筋銹蝕的分布及程度.
[Abstract]:The acoustic emission (AE) technique was used to monitor the corrosion process of reinforced concrete specimens on line, and the relationship between AE signal and actual corrosion location and corrosion degree was studied. The results show that in the accelerated corrosion process of reinforced concrete, the AE localization results are in good agreement with the corrosion location and distribution of the specimens, and the number of AE localization events is in good agreement with the actual corrosion degree of the specimens. It is feasible to use the acoustic emission technology to monitor the whole corrosion process of the specimens on line. The acoustic emission signal data can effectively reflect the distribution and extent of the corrosion of steel bars.
