【摘要】：營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)在全國(guó)是一種比較新的建筑遺產(chǎn)研究對(duì)象，是對(duì)當(dāng)前建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)分類研究工作的重要補(bǔ)充。這些建筑遺產(chǎn)多數(shù)見證了我們黨、國(guó)家和軍隊(duì)的成長(zhǎng)歷史，是軍隊(duì)特有的文化資源，是愛國(guó)主義教育的活教材。研究營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)主要有重要意義。 本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外，尤其是軍內(nèi)外建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)歷史和理論進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上，以對(duì)部分省區(qū)軍隊(duì)不可移動(dòng)文物普查資料分析數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)，，結(jié)合部分建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)實(shí)踐典型案例的分析，比較全面地論述了營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀、存在問題及保護(hù)措施，有利于促進(jìn)營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工作的開展，有利于軍隊(duì)營(yíng)房建設(shè)在向集約、智能、環(huán)保、高效的現(xiàn)代營(yíng)房方向前進(jìn)過程中，正確處理好現(xiàn)代與傳統(tǒng)、發(fā)展與保護(hù)的關(guān)系，以推動(dòng)營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工作的健康有序發(fā)展，主要研究了以下內(nèi)容。 （1）營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)研究概況。闡述了營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)的基本概念，探討了營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)的研究利用價(jià)值。系統(tǒng)研究國(guó)內(nèi)外營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的歷史，及其相關(guān)法規(guī)、制度和基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 （2）營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀分析及保護(hù)措施。簡(jiǎn)要介紹了軍隊(duì)不可移動(dòng)文物普查工作情況，側(cè)重選取了部分省區(qū)軍隊(duì)不可移動(dòng)文物普查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)，并對(duì)部分軍隊(duì)不可移動(dòng)文物歷史沿革、環(huán)境狀況、存在問題和修繕建議進(jìn)行了說明。在此基礎(chǔ)上，全面分析了營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀、存在問題及原因，并提出了做好營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工作的措施體系。 （3）某部陸軍總醫(yī)院舊建筑群修繕工程。以該修繕工程為案例，介紹了某部陸軍總醫(yī)院舊建筑群的歷史情況、現(xiàn)狀及存在問題，以及對(duì)其進(jìn)行修繕保護(hù)的主要做法，豐富并完善營(yíng)區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)措施體系。 （4）原英軍威爾斯親王大廈綜合整治設(shè)計(jì)理念與實(shí)踐。介紹了威爾斯親王大廈的歷史概況，分析了威爾斯親王大廈在新的歷史條件下所暴露出來(lái)的問題和缺陷，并運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代營(yíng)房設(shè)計(jì)理念提出了具體的綜合整治規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)思路和方法。
[Abstract]:Camp architectural heritage is a relatively new research object of architectural heritage in China, and it is an important supplement to the current research work on classification of architectural heritage protection. Most of these architectural legacies bear witness to the growing history of our party, country and army. They are the unique cultural resources of the army and the living teaching materials of patriotism education. It is of great significance to study the protection of architectural heritage in the camp area. On the basis of the research on the history and theory of architectural heritage protection at home and abroad, especially in the military, and based on the analysis data of the general survey data of military immovable cultural relics in some provinces and autonomous regions, Based on the analysis of some typical cases of architectural heritage protection, this paper comprehensively discusses the present situation, existing problems and protection measures of the architectural heritage in the camp area, which is helpful to promote the development of the protection of the architectural heritage in the camp area. In the course of advancing towards intensive, intelligent, environmentally friendly and efficient modern barracks, the military barracks can correctly handle the relationship between modern and traditional, development and protection, so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of the camp's architectural heritage protection work. This paper mainly studies the following contents. The main contents are as follows: (1) A survey of the research on the protection of architectural heritage in the camp. This paper expounds the basic concept of camp architectural heritage, and probes into the research and utilization value of camp architectural heritage. This paper systematically studies the history, laws, regulations and basic experience of the protection of architectural heritage in campuses at home and abroad. (2) present situation analysis and protection measures of camp architectural heritage protection. This paper briefly introduces the general survey of military immovable cultural relics, emphatically selects the data of military immovable cultural relics survey in some provinces and regions for statistics, and gives a historical evolution and environmental condition of some military immovable cultural relics. Problems and suggestions for repairs are described. On this basis, the paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and reasons of the building heritage in the camp area, and puts forward the measure system for the protection of the building heritage in the camp area. (3) renovation of an old building complex in an Army General Hospital. Taking the repair project as an example, this paper introduces the historical situation, present situation and existing problems of the old building group of a military General Hospital, as well as the main methods of repairing and protecting it, and enriches and perfects the protective measures system of architectural heritage in the camp area. (4) the design idea and practice of the integrated renovation of the Prince of Wales Building. This paper introduces the history of Prince of Wales Mansion, analyzes the problems and defects of Prince of Wales Mansion exposed under the new historical conditions, and puts forward the concrete ideas and methods of comprehensive renovation planning and design by using the modern barracks design concept.
