【摘要】：對5個(gè)設(shè)置界面軟索連接的全裝配混凝土試件進(jìn)行靜力加載試驗(yàn)研究,包括3個(gè)墻與墻連接試件及2個(gè)樓板與樓板連接試件.并采用目前已有的界面抗剪承載力計(jì)算方法對試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比計(jì)算.研究結(jié)果表明:拼縫抗剪承載力主要由軟索受拉產(chǎn)生的界面抗剪摩擦力和軟索自身的銷栓力組成,試件呈現(xiàn)良好的延性.針對試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,深入分析了軟索連接拼縫的受力及破壞機(jī)理,采用合理的計(jì)算假定,提出了軟鎖連接拼縫抗剪性能的三折線受力模型,理論方法計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)值吻合比較理想,可為全預(yù)制混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)軟索連接拼縫的抗剪承載力計(jì)算及工程實(shí)踐提供參考.
[Abstract]:The static loading tests of five fully assembled concrete specimens with interface soft cable connections were carried out, including three wall and wall specimens and two floor and floor specimens. The test results are calculated by using the existing calculation methods of the shear strength of the interface. The results show that the shear bearing capacity of the joint is mainly composed of the interface shear friction force generated by the soft cable tension and the pin bolt force of the soft cable itself, and the specimens show good ductility. According to the test results, the stress and failure mechanism of soft cable joint are deeply analyzed, and the three-fold force model of shear resistance of soft lock joint is put forward by using reasonable calculation assumption. The calculated results of the theoretical method are in good agreement with the experimental values, which can be used as a reference for the calculation of shear capacity and engineering practice of soft cable joints of prefabricated concrete structures.
