城市綜合體外部交通空間設(shè)計研究
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy continues to develop at a high speed, and the process of urbanization in China is also obviously accelerating. Just in the national economy, the city image takes on a new look, and the people's demands in the material and spiritual fields are also rising, people begin to advocate the experience of spiritual consumption. Under this historical background, urban complex exists, which not only meets people's one-stop experience of different consumption demand, but also benefits the compound development and utilization of urban land. It can correct the initial contradiction of urban regionalization, and contain multi-level life experience with compound architectural space, making the city more organic. However, under the environment of deteriorating urban traffic, most of the complexes do not play the role of integrating urban space as desired. It neglects the design method which combines the building with the urban traffic system and the urban space system. All kinds of omissions lead to the deterioration of the traffic situation around the complex and the further lack of the space place. Therefore, the external traffic space design of the complex has become an important issue in the architectural design of the complex, and has also become the focus of attention of the author. In this paper, from the perspective of pattern, the author summarizes the different types of urban complex and the characteristics of its external traffic space, and systematically discusses its advantages and disadvantages, and then puts forward the optimization strategy of external traffic space. The author hopes to provide a reference for the orderly development of the complex and urban traffic through this paper. The article is divided into six chapters: the first chapter: introduction, brief introduction of the research background and origin of the article. Chapter II: the synthesis and its external traffic space overview, clear basic concepts and research scope. Chapter three: the analysis of the functional positioning model of the complex, citing five main models of the complex as the basis of the research. In chapter 4, the design content of external traffic space is analyzed systematically. Chapter 5: the complex function combination mode and its external traffic analysis, analyzes the characteristics and design principles of the external traffic space of the complex under the different function combination mode. Chapter 6: the optimization strategy of external traffic space is proposed, including streamline optimization and complex optimization.
