【摘要】：地鐵獨(dú)具的交通可達(dá)性極大的帶動(dòng)了站點(diǎn)周邊商業(yè)的發(fā)展，增加了沿線的土地價(jià)值，地鐵站域地下商業(yè)空間開發(fā)在我國漸成發(fā)展趨勢，應(yīng)進(jìn)行科學(xué)全面的理論研究與總結(jié)，合理發(fā)展。 首先，本文通過資料分析法，，對(duì)紐約、蒙特利爾、巴黎、莫斯科、大阪等國外城市地鐵站域地下商業(yè)空間開發(fā)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行理論及實(shí)踐研究。并通過實(shí)地考察法與資料分析法對(duì)北京、上海、廣州及香港的地鐵站域地下商業(yè)空間開發(fā)的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)狀問題予以總結(jié)，希冀為我國未來的地下商業(yè)規(guī)劃與開發(fā)提供理論與實(shí)踐支持。在此基礎(chǔ)上利用文獻(xiàn)分析法對(duì)地鐵站域地下商業(yè)空間開發(fā)的相關(guān)技術(shù)理論體系進(jìn)行梳理，以期對(duì)天津地鐵站域地下商業(yè)開發(fā)提供理論依據(jù)。 其次，文章選取天津現(xiàn)有四條地鐵線路的商業(yè)空間系統(tǒng)作為實(shí)踐案例，通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)城市地鐵站域地下商業(yè)空間開發(fā)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)案例的理論與實(shí)踐分析，希望為天津地鐵站域地下商業(yè)的開發(fā)與規(guī)劃提供相應(yīng)支持，并能為相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的理論與實(shí)踐研究提供數(shù)據(jù)和資料價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The unique traffic accessibility of the subway has greatly promoted the development of the commerce around the station and increased the land value along the line. The development of underground commercial space in the subway area has gradually become a developing trend in China, so it is necessary to carry out a scientific and comprehensive theoretical study and summary. Reasonable development. Firstly, this paper studies the characteristics of underground commercial space development planning and design of metro station in New York, Montreal, Paris, Moscow, Osaka and other foreign cities by means of data analysis. The design characteristics and current situation of underground commercial space development in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong are summarized through field investigation and data analysis. It hopes to provide theoretical and practical support for future underground commercial planning and development in China. On the basis of this, the related technical theory system of underground commercial space development in subway station domain is combed by literature analysis method, in order to provide theoretical basis for underground commercial development in Tianjin subway station domain. Secondly, the paper selects the commercial space system of four existing subway lines in Tianjin as a practical case, through the theoretical and practical analysis of the case of underground commercial space development planning and design in the relevant urban subway area at home and abroad. It is hoped that it can provide corresponding support for the development and planning of underground commerce in Tianjin subway station and provide data and data value for the theoretical and practical research in related disciplines.
