基于位置服務數(shù)據(jù)的城市活動空間研究

【摘要】：自20世紀90年代以來,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為代表的信息通信技術(ICTs)在全球范圍內(nèi)得到快速的發(fā)展,信息通信設備不僅成為現(xiàn)代生活的必需品并被廣泛使用,并且已經(jīng)融入到人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畹母鱾�方面。信息時代的到來與發(fā)展,在給社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與空間組織帶來深刻影響的同時,也給人們的時空行為活動帶來了一系列變革。以新浪微博為代表的網(wǎng)絡社區(qū)迅速發(fā)展,并成為當前最具影響力的社交網(wǎng)絡平臺。而隨著LBS簽到服務的應用,微博簽到數(shù)據(jù)記錄了微博用戶活動時空數(shù)據(jù),從而為城市活動空間結(jié)構的研究提供了實時的大數(shù)據(jù)。 改革開放以來,隨著國家土地制度、財政制度以及住房制度等的改革,我國城市經(jīng)歷了社會、經(jīng)濟、空間的深刻變革。當前,城市空間仍然處在重構的階段,城市空間結(jié)構也經(jīng)歷著發(fā)展與變化,這也必然影響到城市活動空間。而隨著全球化、信息化的不斷影響,特別是隨著移動信息通信技術對居民活動方式的加速改變(新的流動范式),給城市活動空間帶來更大的影響,繼而又影響到城市空間結(jié)構。基于此,本文借助新浪微博社區(qū),引入LBS大數(shù)據(jù),從居民實際活動的角度對城市空間的分析,一方面豐富和擴展已有的城市空間研究方法,同時也能夠更好的解讀ICT對城市空間結(jié)構的影響,從而更好的服務于當前快速轉(zhuǎn)型的城市社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與城市空間結(jié)構的優(yōu)化,并對城市空間的發(fā)展與規(guī)劃起到積極有效的指導作用。 本文首先從時間與活動內(nèi)容、活動內(nèi)容與空間、時間與空間三個方面分析城市活動時空間的特征、動態(tài)變化及形成機制；并從居民活動出發(fā),構建、識別城市活動空間要素以分析城市活動空間結(jié)構。其次,通過對城市活動空間結(jié)構(基于人的活動)與現(xiàn)狀城市空間結(jié)構(基于城鎮(zhèn)人口、用地等物質(zhì)形態(tài))的對比,從空間等級、用地與活動關系及用地組織、空間流動性、功能區(qū)劃四個方面分析信息時代下,ICT(特別是移動信息通信技術)對居民行為活動的影響,繼而對城市空間結(jié)構產(chǎn)生的影響。 文章章節(jié)安排如下： 第一章,緒論。包括本文的研究背景、研究意義、相關概念、研究對象、研究范圍、研究方法與研究框架。通過分析,指出引入微博簽到大數(shù)據(jù)來研究城市活動空間的可行性和重要意義。 第二章,國內(nèi)外相關研究進展。從城市活動空間、信息時代居民行為活動、大數(shù)據(jù)三個方面對已有研究的歸納總結(jié),提出從居民活動、時間、空間三個要素分析信息時代下的城市活動空間。 第三章,數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理。包括數(shù)據(jù)的采集過程、結(jié)構設計以及有效數(shù)據(jù)提取及分類。 第四章,城市居民活動時空間分析。分別分析居民活動時間規(guī)律、城市活動空間特征及動態(tài)變化以及城市活動空間的形成機制,并進一步提出了包括活動路徑、活動區(qū)域、活動邊界、活動節(jié)點、中央活動區(qū)在內(nèi)的城市活動空間結(jié)構。 第五章,ICT對城市空間結(jié)構的影響分析。對比基于微博簽到的城市活動空間結(jié)構與現(xiàn)狀城市空間結(jié)構,從空間等級、用地組織、空間流動性、功能區(qū)劃四個方面,進一步探討ICT對城市空間結(jié)構的影響。 第六章,結(jié)論與討論。總結(jié)論文的主要研究成果,以及存在問題,并對進一步研究與實踐的展望。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the information communication technology (ICTs) represented by the Internet has rapidly developed worldwide, and the information communication equipment is not only a necessity for modern life and is widely used, and has been integrated into various aspects of people's daily life.
