建筑信息模型(BIM)與能量分析程序的互用性研究

【摘要】:隨著建筑業(yè)與信息化和多維管理的交叉領(lǐng)域不斷發(fā)展,建筑信息模型及其相關(guān)技術(shù)的研究與應(yīng)用日漸成為越來(lái)越重要的一部分。建筑信息模型(Buildinginformation modeling簡(jiǎn)稱BIM),是面向工程建設(shè)行業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的科學(xué)技術(shù),它的研究與應(yīng)用已經(jīng)得到全世界廣泛的關(guān)注與投入,,然而在建筑信息模型與能量分析程序的互用這一交叉領(lǐng)域中仍然有待探索和改進(jìn)。 本文研究目的是通過(guò)評(píng)測(cè)建筑信息模型與能量分析程序?qū)舆^(guò)程中的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)信息傳遞情況,分析目前存在的信息傳遞問(wèn)題,并通過(guò)一些改進(jìn)的手段和方法,來(lái)幫助傳遞缺失掉的信息。 本文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容包括評(píng)測(cè)建筑信息模型的應(yīng)用軟件(以Autodesk公司的Revit軟件為樣例),是否能夠無(wú)縫對(duì)接能量分析程序(諸如Ecotect和IES(VE)等)。同時(shí),本文評(píng)測(cè)了三種常用建筑信息模型文件格式的互用性:DXF,gbXML以及IFC;并分析除了基本的幾何信息之外,還有哪些信息能夠被交換。同時(shí),本文評(píng)測(cè)和比較了嵌入在BIM綜合平臺(tái)內(nèi)的能量分析功能與導(dǎo)出文件外接能量分析程序的所需信息及計(jì)算結(jié)果,并討論了這兩種方法各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。本文同時(shí)評(píng)測(cè)了Revit建模平臺(tái)的建筑信息模型與其設(shè)備計(jì)算選項(xiàng)中的分析所需模型信息,并選取了實(shí)例進(jìn)行模擬運(yùn)算,對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了討論。 在研究成果方面,本文最后改進(jìn)了Revit的設(shè)備計(jì)算選項(xiàng)中與IES(VE)對(duì)接的接口以及界面,通過(guò)創(chuàng)建模板文件,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)修補(bǔ)接口補(bǔ)丁來(lái)彌合建模平臺(tái)導(dǎo)出的建筑信息模型與分析程序所需的分析模型之間的缺漏信息(建筑材料信息部分)。該模板文件被定義為一系列的“族”,來(lái)對(duì)接IES(VE)工程建設(shè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的數(shù)據(jù),使其可以被導(dǎo)入到Revit建設(shè)項(xiàng)目文件中去,并且進(jìn)行了樣例測(cè)試,來(lái)驗(yàn)證模板文件的創(chuàng)建和使用是否能夠增進(jìn)模型傳遞后計(jì)算分析的精確性。從而使得建筑信息模型的創(chuàng)建更加貼近真實(shí)的建筑情況,對(duì)接能量分析程序后的計(jì)算結(jié)果更加地準(zhǔn)確。
[Abstract]:With the development of building industry, information technology and multidimensional management, the research and application of building information model and its related technology are becoming more and more important. Building information model (Buildinginformation modeling) is a kind of science and technology facing the future development trend of engineering construction industry. Its research and application have been paid more and more attention and input all over the world. However, the interoperation of building information models and energy analysis programs still needs to be explored and improved. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the information transmission of several key nodes in the process of building information model and energy analysis program, and to analyze the existing information transmission problems, and through some improved means and methods. To help deliver missing information. The main research contents of this paper include evaluating the application software of building information model (taking Revit software of Autodesk as an example) and whether the energy analysis program (such as Ecotect and IES (VE) can be connected seamlessly. At the same time, this paper evaluates the interoperability of three common building information model file formats: DXF,gbXML and IFC; and analyzes what other information can be exchanged in addition to the basic geometric information. At the same time, this paper evaluates and compares the function of energy analysis embedded in BIM platform and the needed information and calculation results of the output file external energy analysis program, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. At the same time, this paper evaluates the building information model of Revit modeling platform and the model information needed in the analysis of its equipment calculation options, and selects an example to carry on the simulation operation, and discusses the calculation results. In the aspect of research results, this paper improves the interface and interface between Revit and IES (VE) in the device computing option, by creating template file, A patching interface patch is designed to bridge the gap between the building information model derived from the modeling platform and the analysis model required by the analysis program (building material information part). The template file is defined as a series of "families" to connect the data in the IES (VE) project construction database so that it can be imported into the Revit construction project file, and sample tests are performed. To verify whether the creation and use of template files can improve the accuracy of post-model delivery analysis. Thus, the building information model is built more closely to the real building situation, and the calculation results after docking energy analysis program are more accurate.
