【摘要】：觀光農(nóng)業(yè)是隨著社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力和人民生活水平提高的基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展起來的，對(duì)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，縮小城鄉(xiāng)差別有積極的意義。河南省觀光農(nóng)業(yè)近年來發(fā)展迅速，但據(jù)調(diào)查顯示，省內(nèi)部分觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的不合理規(guī)劃已經(jīng)導(dǎo)致了農(nóng)業(yè)景觀美學(xué)和生態(tài)效益遭受了嚴(yán)重的破壞。農(nóng)業(yè)景觀異質(zhì)性差，觀光環(huán)境惡劣，農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品資源利用率低等問題也隨之而來，，直接導(dǎo)致了河南省觀光農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益受到影響，可持續(xù)發(fā)展的后勁不足。 針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀，各行業(yè)專家也都提出了一些建議，如規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)循環(huán)農(nóng)業(yè)、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念等。生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園以其更突出“生態(tài)”、“綠色”的理念，而漸成觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的一種發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 本文從觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷史出發(fā)，結(jié)合河南省觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了分析和對(duì)策研究；概述了生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的內(nèi)涵和主要特征；結(jié)合生態(tài)視野下的規(guī)劃思想的分析；從生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園景觀規(guī)劃的理論依據(jù)、目標(biāo)、原則、內(nèi)容與步驟等方面，比較詳細(xì)的探討了生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的景觀規(guī)劃思路。 在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)之上，以河南省孟津縣生態(tài)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)示范園為例，對(duì)此項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃實(shí)踐；對(duì)此項(xiàng)目背景進(jìn)行了分析，并對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了總體規(guī)劃，包括規(guī)劃理念和理論基礎(chǔ)、設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、功能定位和設(shè)計(jì)特色等；并提出了對(duì)園區(qū)景觀生態(tài)規(guī)劃的基本原則，并對(duì)具體措施提出了設(shè)想。 通過對(duì)生態(tài)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃的研究，旨在補(bǔ)充農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的規(guī)劃理論體系，探索河南省觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路，推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和生態(tài)進(jìn)入良性互動(dòng)的發(fā)展軌道。
[Abstract]:Tourism agriculture is produced and developed with the improvement of social productivity and people's living standard. It is of positive significance to adjust and optimize the industrial structure and narrow the difference between urban and rural areas. Tourism agriculture in Henan Province has developed rapidly in recent years, but according to the investigation, the unreasonable planning of some sightseeing agriculture in the province has caused serious damage to agricultural landscape aesthetics and ecological benefits. The problems of poor heterogeneity of agricultural landscape, bad sightseeing environment and low utilization rate of agricultural and sideline products resources have resulted in the impact on the economic benefit of tourism agriculture in Henan Province, and the lack of stamina for sustainable development. In view of the present situation, the experts of various industries also put forward some suggestions, such as planning and designing circular agriculture, ecological agriculture, the concept of sustainable development and so on. Eco-agricultural sightseeing garden has become a developing trend of sightseeing agriculture with its more outstanding ideas of "ecology" and "green". Based on the development history of sightseeing agriculture and the present situation of sightseeing agriculture in Henan province, this paper makes an analysis and countermeasure research, summarizes the connotation and main characteristics of eco-agricultural sightseeing park, and analyzes the planning thought under the ecological vision. This paper discusses the landscape planning of the eco-agricultural sightseeing park in detail from the aspects of the theoretical basis, objectives, principles, contents and steps of the landscape planning of the eco-agricultural sightseeing park. On the basis of theoretical research, taking the demonstration garden of ecological vegetable industry in Mengjin County of Henan Province as an example, the planning practice of this project is carried out, the background of the project is analyzed, and the overall planning of the project is carried out. It includes planning idea and theory foundation, design goal, function orientation and design characteristic, and puts forward the basic principles of landscape ecological planning of the park, and puts forward some tentative ideas for concrete measures. Through the study of landscape planning of ecological sightseeing agricultural garden, the purpose of this paper is to supplement the planning theory system of agricultural sightseeing garden, to explore the sustainable development of sightseeing agriculture in Henan Province, and to promote the development of economy and ecology into a benign and interactive development track.
