【摘要】：伴隨著我國新農(nóng)村和城鎮(zhèn)化的深入推進(jìn),特別是黨的十八大確立“美麗中國”和“新型城鎮(zhèn)化”戰(zhàn)略以來,作為城鄉(xiāng)一體化、優(yōu)美鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的重要實(shí)施路徑,新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)規(guī)劃日益受到各方面的關(guān)注。目前,我國新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)規(guī)劃大多套用城市社區(qū)規(guī)劃模式,側(cè)重社區(qū)空間布局、住宅設(shè)計(jì)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和公共服務(wù)設(shè)施安排、交通組織和景觀環(huán)境規(guī)劃等方面,欠缺對(duì)新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)共同價(jià)值理念、生活體系等本質(zhì)特征的研究和設(shè)計(jì)。本文以蘇州市新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)若干新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)總體分析與實(shí)地調(diào)研,構(gòu)建了由共同價(jià)值理念規(guī)劃、空間形態(tài)規(guī)劃、生活體系規(guī)劃和產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃為要點(diǎn)的新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)規(guī)劃框架。主要結(jié)論有：蘇州新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)規(guī)劃應(yīng)從傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)村社區(qū)的民風(fēng)民俗、尊崇孝義、地方曲劇、私塾教育中提取核心價(jià)值理念的合理內(nèi)核,塑造具有時(shí)代精神和地域特色的新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)共同價(jià)值理念；打造具有吳地水鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)情的生態(tài)人居環(huán)境并延續(xù)優(yōu)雅典致的新鄉(xiāng)土文化生活體系是蘇州新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)規(guī)劃的核心目標(biāo)。全文由三個(gè)部分組成：一是蘇州新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)規(guī)劃基礎(chǔ)研究。在對(duì)蘇州新型社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、文化特征、組織和現(xiàn)狀問題的基礎(chǔ)上歸納總結(jié)蘇州新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)的特征,進(jìn)而結(jié)合相關(guān)理論明確了蘇州新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)規(guī)劃的理念、策略和目標(biāo)；二是蘇州新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)規(guī)劃框架構(gòu)建。空間形態(tài)規(guī)劃要從傳統(tǒng)社區(qū)有機(jī)共生的社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)布局出發(fā),挖掘新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)的組織、文化、社會(huì)等特征進(jìn)行規(guī)劃；共同價(jià)值理念規(guī)劃要繼承傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)村社區(qū)的核心價(jià)值理念促進(jìn)社區(qū)居民歸屬感和認(rèn)同感的形成；生活體系規(guī)劃是要以“優(yōu)美鄉(xiāng)村”、“水鄉(xiāng)文化棲居空間”為目標(biāo),營(yíng)造與現(xiàn)代生活方式相契合的詩意的吳地文化聚居地；產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃在深入分析社區(qū)各種影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,通過產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈設(shè)計(jì)和特色產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃培育新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合體的形成；三是案例解析。分別以翡翠家園、靈峰社區(qū)、湖橋?yàn)槔?對(duì)新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)規(guī)劃的四方面內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。
[Abstract]:With the further development of new countryside and urbanization in China, especially since the establishment of the strategy of "beautiful China" and "new urbanization" at the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, as an important implementation path of urban-rural integration and beautiful rural construction, New rural community planning is getting more and more attention. At present, most of the new rural community planning in China applies the urban community planning model, focusing on the community space layout, residential design, infrastructure and public service facilities arrangement, transportation organization and landscape environment planning, etc. Lack of the new rural community common value concept, life system and other essential characteristics of research and design. This paper takes the new rural community of Suzhou as the research object, through the overall analysis and field investigation of some new rural communities, constructs the planning by the common value idea, the spatial form plan. Life system planning and industrial planning as the main point of the new rural community planning framework. The main conclusions are as follows: Suzhou's new rural community planning should extract the reasonable core of the core value concept from the folk customs of traditional rural communities, respect for filial piety, local opera, private school education. Shaping the common value concept of the new rural community with the spirit of the times and regional characteristics; The core goal of Suzhou's new rural community planning is to create the ecological habitat environment with Wudi water style and to continue the elegant and elegant new rural cultural life system. This paper is composed of three parts: one is the basic research of Suzhou new rural community planning. On the basis of the structural characteristics, cultural characteristics, organization and current situation of the new type of rural community in Suzhou, the author summarizes the characteristics of the new rural community in Suzhou, and then clarifies the concept, strategy and goal of the planning of the new rural community in Suzhou based on the relevant theories. Second, Suzhou new rural community planning framework construction. The spatial form planning should proceed from the traditional community organic symbiotic community structure layout, excavates the new rural community organization, the culture, the society and so on characteristic carries on the plan; The planning of common value concept should inherit the core value idea of traditional rural community and promote the formation of community residents' sense of belonging and identity, and the planning of life system should aim at "beautiful countryside" and "the living space of water village culture". Based on the deep analysis of various influencing factors of the community, industrial planning fosters the formation of a new type of rural community industrial complex through industrial chain design and characteristic industrial planning. The third is case analysis. Taking Emerald Home, Lingfeng Community and Lake Bridge as examples, the paper makes an empirical study on the four aspects of new rural community planning.
