無(wú)腹筋RUHTCC梁抗剪性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了探究超高韌性水泥基復(fù)合材料(UHTCC)的抗剪性能,以配筋率和剪跨比為參數(shù),對(duì)跨中荷載作用下的6根鋼筋增強(qiáng)UHTCC(RUHTCC)梁和4根鋼筋混凝土(RC)對(duì)比梁進(jìn)行了受彎試驗(yàn).對(duì)比研究了RUHTCC梁的抗剪性能,包括裂縫擴(kuò)展形態(tài)、荷載-撓度曲線(xiàn)、剪切開(kāi)裂荷載、極限剪切能力以及剪切強(qiáng)度等.試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,隨著配筋率的增大和剪跨比的減小,RUHTCC梁的破壞模式由彎剪破壞轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧魤浩茐?極限剪切承載能力逐漸增大.RUHTCC梁的極限剪切能力約為RC梁的2倍,平均抗剪強(qiáng)度約為UHTCC抗拉強(qiáng)度的0.86倍;RUHTCC梁表現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)態(tài)的多條細(xì)密斜裂縫擴(kuò)展模式,在正常使用極限狀態(tài)下,其最大裂縫寬度低于0.1 mm.基于RUHTCC梁良好的裂縫控制能力以及較高的富余剪切承載能力,不需設(shè)置最小配箍率.
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the shear resistance of ultra-high toughness cement matrix composite (UHTCC), the flexural tests of 6 reinforced UHTCC (RUHTCC) beams and 4 reinforced concrete (RC) beams under mid-span load were carried out with the ratio of reinforcement and shear span ratio as parameters. The shear behavior of RUHTCC beams is compared and studied, including crack propagation, load-deflection curve, shear cracking load, ultimate shear capacity and shear strength. The experimental results show that with the increase of reinforcement ratio and the decrease of shear span ratio, the failure mode of RUHTCC beam changes from flexural shear failure to shear-compression failure, and the ultimate shear bearing capacity of RUHTCC beam increases gradually. The ultimate shear capacity of RUHTCC beam is about twice as high as that of RC beam. The average shear strength is about 0.86 times that of UHTCC tensile strength. RUHTCC beam shows steady state multiple fine inclined crack propagation mode, and its maximum crack width is less than 0.1 mm. under the normal service limit state. Based on the good crack control ability of RUHTCC beam and the higher load capacity of surplus shear, the minimum hoop ratio is not required.
