【摘要】：針對地面工程建設(shè)概算價(jià)格面臨的問題,采取如下解決對策:以2014年概算價(jià)格匯編為主,同一產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)兩個價(jià)的取高價(jià),出現(xiàn)三個價(jià)的取中間價(jià),四個及以上的取中等偏上價(jià)格;以2013年物資網(wǎng)上價(jià)格為輔,單個價(jià)格的直接使用,出現(xiàn)多個價(jià)格的,找一家系列全的廠商價(jià)格作為參考;對于沒有招標(biāo)綜合價(jià)只有中標(biāo)廠商價(jià)格的產(chǎn)品,借助網(wǎng)上使用的頻率,用的最多的廠商中標(biāo)價(jià)作為參考;設(shè)計(jì)開不全參數(shù)的,根據(jù)以往的實(shí)際使用情況,選擇常用的作為參考,按照介質(zhì)的性質(zhì)、壓力、溫度等因素縮小產(chǎn)品選擇范圍;對于不開廠家型號也就意味著沒有技術(shù)參數(shù)的產(chǎn)品,借助以往用過的產(chǎn)品比較全的價(jià)格作為參考。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems faced by the estimated price of the ground engineering construction, the following countermeasures are adopted: the price compilation of the budget estimates for 2014 is the main one, with two high prices for the same product and three intermediate prices for the same product. Four or more to take the upper price; material online prices in 2013 as a supplement, a single price of direct use, there are more than one price, looking for a series of full manufacturer prices as a reference; For products that have no comprehensive bid price, only the price of the winning bidder, with the help of the frequency used on the Internet, the most frequently used price tag is used as a reference; if the design is incomplete, according to the actual use of the past, the commonly used products are selected as references. According to the nature of the medium, pressure, temperature and other factors to narrow the scope of product selection; for products that do not open the manufacturer model also means that there are no technical parameters, with the help of the products used in the past to compare the full price as a reference.
