工程項目承包商施工階段主體行為風險管理研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展進步,工程項目承包商在施工中越來越重視對工程風險項目的風險管理,但人們更多的關注在客觀因素(政治風險、經濟風險、金融風險、自然風險、社會風險等)風險的管控,而對自身主體行為以及與外部主體引起的主體行為的風險認識不清,或者是忽視這些因素,從而造成承包商在施工過程中開展極不順利,甚至無法實施下去。在社會競爭日益激烈、工程項目管理越來越精細化的時代,承包商在工程施工階段的主體行為風險顯得越來越重要。自身內部的管理水平和與外部主體的溝通效果將會嚴重影響到項目的利潤的增長幅度,甚至是企業(yè)的核心競爭力和基業(yè)長青。 本文從承包商在施工階段的風險角度出發(fā),結合文獻資料和工程實踐經驗,對承包商在施工階段的主體行為因素進行識別和分析,探究其風險產生的機理,并建立起初始風險清單。以本單位17位優(yōu)秀項目經理為代表組成的專家組,展開對工程項目承包商在施工階段的主體行為進行問卷調查和訪談,構建了工程項目承包商在施工階段的主體行為風險評價指標體系,其中包括2個一級指標、8個二級指標和19個三級指標。采用改進的Delphi-AHP得出各級指標的權重,再采用多層次模糊綜合評判法建立評判模型,并對工程項目實例進行綜合評價,,最后針對承包商在施工階段的主體行為風險因素提出相應的風險應對措施。 本論文承包商認識到其主體行為風險在項目管理過程的重要性,豐富了承包商風險管控理論,其主體行為風險會對項目的實施產生重大的影響,已經成為工程項目成敗的重要因素。因此,深入研究承包商在施工階段的主體行為風險不僅具有重要的理論意義,而且也具有重要的實踐價值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of the society, the contractor of the project pays more and more attention to the risk management of the project risk, but people pay more attention to the objective factors (political risk, economic risk, financial risk, natural risk). From the point of view of the contractor's risk in the construction stage, combined with the literature and engineering practice experience, this paper identifies and analyzes the main behavioral factors of the contractor in the construction stage, and probes into the mechanism of the risk generation. And establish the initial risk list. The expert group composed of 17 excellent project managers in our unit conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews on the main behavior of the contractor in the construction phase. The evaluation index system of the main body behavior risk of the contractor in the construction stage is constructed, which includes 2 first class indexes, 8 second class indexes and 19 third grade indexes. Using the improved Delphi-AHP to get the weight of the indexes at all levels, and then using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model, and to carry on the comprehensive evaluation to the engineering project example, Finally, the corresponding risk countermeasures are put forward in view of the main risk factors of the contractor's behavior in the construction stage. In this paper, the contractor realizes the importance of the subject behavior risk in the project management process, enriches the contractor risk management theory, and its main behavior risk will have a significant impact on the implementation of the project. Has become an important factor in the success or failure of the project. Therefore, it is not only of great theoretical significance but also of great practical value to study the risk of the contractor's main body behavior in the construction stage.
