基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的集中供熱節(jié)能網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:近年來,由于集中供熱具有節(jié)約能源、改善城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施狀況以及改善環(huán)境污染等方面的優(yōu)點(diǎn),,所以在我國得到了迅速的發(fā)展。到目前為止,已經(jīng)有360多個城市實(shí)現(xiàn)了集中供熱。然而,我國大部分城市的集中供熱系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行、維護(hù)以及管理的自動化水平以及信息化程度還比較低。本文針對集中供熱系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)行、管理、維護(hù)等環(huán)節(jié)存在運(yùn)行效率很低、供熱質(zhì)量較差、節(jié)能效果不理想等問題提出改進(jìn)措施,并結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)設(shè)計并實(shí)現(xiàn)了高效節(jié)能的集中供熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在天津市南開區(qū)、東麗區(qū)等地區(qū)得到成功應(yīng)用,數(shù)據(jù)顯示運(yùn)行效率增加,供熱質(zhì)量提高,節(jié)能效果明顯。 首先,本文分析了傳統(tǒng)集中供熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)存在的問題,提出了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的集中供熱節(jié)能網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)及其結(jié)構(gòu),即通過物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),將換熱站、工作人員、控制中心與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相連接,組建成一個完整的集中供熱節(jié)能網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)包括換熱站現(xiàn)場控制、控制中心以及通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)三個部分,這三部分的關(guān)系概括來說,是控制中心通過通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)對所有的換熱站進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控調(diào)節(jié)。 然后,通過對多種通訊方式進(jìn)行比較分析,本文采用GPRS無線傳輸方式進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通訊,并且設(shè)計了通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),通過通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了換熱站與控制中心之間的數(shù)據(jù)通訊,包括采集數(shù)據(jù)的上傳,控制信息的下發(fā)以及控制應(yīng)答信息回饋。 其次,本文設(shè)計了換熱站監(jiān)控子系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了控制中心對換熱站的實(shí)時遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。并且,通過對氣象數(shù)據(jù)、用戶的用熱特點(diǎn)、建筑類型對供熱的影響的分析,本文提出了換熱站節(jié)能運(yùn)行控制模式,具體包含三個部分:換熱站分組分段控制策略、基于室內(nèi)溫度反饋的控制曲線動態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)策略及換熱站運(yùn)行控制曲線輔助決策。 最后,針對集中供熱系統(tǒng)的突發(fā)情況,本文提出了短信報警服務(wù),并且設(shè)計實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于GSM/SMS的短信報警服務(wù)平臺。即在傳統(tǒng)的集中供熱報警方式基礎(chǔ)上,增加了短信報警功能,通過短信來將報警信息實(shí)時發(fā)送給工作人員;另外還增加了短信服務(wù)功能,通過短信方式來查詢和設(shè)置換熱站的運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)及控制參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, central heating has been developed rapidly in China because of its advantages of saving energy, improving urban infrastructure and improving environmental pollution. So far, more than 360 cities have achieved central heating. However, the level of automation and informatization of central heating system in most cities of our country is still low. In this paper, the improvement measures are put forward to solve the problems of low running efficiency, poor heating quality and poor energy saving effect in the operation, management and maintenance of central heating system. Combined with the technology of Internet of things, a high efficiency and energy saving central heating network system is designed and realized. The system has been successfully applied in Nankai District and Dongli District of Tianjin. The data show that the efficiency of operation is increased, the quality of heating is improved, and the effect of energy saving is obvious. Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional centralized heating network system, and puts forward a centralized heating energy saving network system and its structure based on the Internet of things technology, that is, through the Internet of things technology, the heat exchange station, the staff, The control center is connected with the Internet to form a complete centralized heating energy saving network system. The system consists of three parts: field control of heat exchange station, control center and communication network. The relationship between these three parts is summarized. It is the control center through the communication network to all the heat exchange station remote monitoring and adjustment. Then, through the comparison and analysis of various communication modes, this paper adopts GPRS wireless transmission mode to carry on the data communication, and designs the communication network system, realizes the data communication between the heat exchange station and the control center through the communication network system. Including the collection of data upload, control the sending of information and control response information feedback. Secondly, the monitoring subsystem of heat exchange station is designed in this paper, and the real-time remote monitoring of heat exchange station is realized. In addition, through the analysis of meteorological data, the characteristics of users' heat use and the influence of building type on heating, this paper puts forward the energy saving operation control mode of heat transfer station, which includes three parts: the heat transfer station group division control strategy, Dynamic adjustment strategy of control curve based on indoor temperature feedback and auxiliary decision of heat transfer station operation control curve. Finally, in view of the emergency situation of the central heating system, this paper puts forward the short message alarm service, and designs and implements the short message alarm service platform based on GSM/SMS. That is, on the basis of the traditional central heating alarm mode, the text message alarm function is added to send the alarm information to the staff in real time through the short message; in addition, the short message service function is also added. The operation data and control parameters of heat exchange station are queried and set by short message.
