【摘要】：隨著近年來國內(nèi)各大城市內(nèi)澇現(xiàn)象的頻繁出現(xiàn),國家提出了編制排水防澇規(guī)劃的要求。與傳統(tǒng)的排水規(guī)劃相比,排水防澇規(guī)劃增加了內(nèi)澇風(fēng)險評估、數(shù)學(xué)模型計算、徑流控制、雨洪利用等多個新內(nèi)容。如何在規(guī)劃中落實上述要求,并使其在城市規(guī)劃、建設(shè)、管理過程中切實發(fā)揮作用,是本輪排水防澇規(guī)劃編制的難點。以武漢市城市排水防澇專項規(guī)劃編制為基礎(chǔ),探討城市排水防澇專項規(guī)劃城市徑流控制章節(jié)編制過程中面臨的問題和應(yīng)對措施。
[Abstract]:With the frequent occurrence of waterlogging in domestic cities in recent years, the state has put forward the requirement of drawing up drainage and waterlogging prevention planning. Compared with the traditional drainage planning, the drainage and waterlogging prevention planning has added many new contents, such as waterlogging risk assessment, mathematical model calculation, runoff control, rain and flood utilization and so on. How to carry out the above requirements in the planning and make it play an important role in the process of urban planning, construction and management is a difficult point in the formulation of drainage and waterlogging prevention planning. Based on the compilation of special urban drainage and waterlogging prevention plan in Wuhan, the problems and countermeasures in the process of compiling urban runoff control chapter of urban drainage and waterlogging prevention special planning are discussed.
