某國(guó)際博覽中心運(yùn)營(yíng)期節(jié)能管理研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的提高,能源供需矛盾越演越烈。建筑能耗是我國(guó)終端能耗的重要組成部分,建筑節(jié)能在節(jié)能減排工作中必須發(fā)揮重大作用。大型公共建筑單位面積能耗極高,是建筑能耗的高密度領(lǐng)域。降低大型公建的能源消耗、提高能源利用率,成為亟需解決的問(wèn)題。因此,研究大型公共建筑的節(jié)能管理具有非常強(qiáng)烈的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于建筑能耗調(diào)查與統(tǒng)計(jì)、大型公共建筑節(jié)能管理及節(jié)能改造評(píng)價(jià)的研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理,結(jié)合我國(guó)大型公共建筑能耗現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn),總結(jié)出了目前我國(guó)大型公共建筑節(jié)能管理存在的問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了某國(guó)際博覽中心運(yùn)營(yíng)期節(jié)能管理方案。首先分析了節(jié)能技術(shù)體系,重點(diǎn)介紹了熱電冷聯(lián)供系統(tǒng)、地源熱泵技術(shù)以及太陽(yáng)能光伏電板三類(lèi)節(jié)能技術(shù)在國(guó)博項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用。隨后提出了運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)對(duì)建筑能耗進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,這是建筑能耗統(tǒng)計(jì)的一種新方法、新思路。論文對(duì)國(guó)博建筑熱工性能、照明系統(tǒng)及空調(diào)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了能耗測(cè)算與分析,提出了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)建議。數(shù)據(jù)表明,某國(guó)博能耗量巨大,需要安裝能耗監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控與管理。因此,論文也對(duì)能耗監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測(cè)信息、系統(tǒng)功能、系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)等進(jìn)行了研究。最后,根據(jù)這些數(shù)據(jù),論文從政府和企業(yè)作為建筑節(jié)能參與主體的不同角度出發(fā),,分別提出了節(jié)能政策建議和企業(yè)節(jié)能管理措施。 論文對(duì)推動(dòng)我國(guó)建筑節(jié)能工作,特別是大型公共建筑節(jié)能工作具有指導(dǎo)意義,也在建筑節(jié)能理論方面做了一些貢獻(xiàn)。但該國(guó)博運(yùn)營(yíng)期節(jié)能管理效果還有待實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of economic level, the contradiction between energy supply and demand is becoming more and more serious. Building energy consumption is an important part of China's terminal energy consumption. Building energy conservation must play an important role in energy conservation and emission reduction. Utilization rate has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, the study of energy-saving management of large-scale public buildings has a very strong practical significance.
Based on the investigation and statistics of building energy consumption at home and abroad, the research literature on energy-saving management and energy-saving reconstruction evaluation of large-scale public buildings is sorted out. Combined with the current situation and characteristics of energy consumption of large-scale public buildings in China, the existing problems of energy-saving management of large-scale public buildings in China are summarized. The energy-saving management scheme during the operation period of the center is introduced.Firstly,the energy-saving technical system is analyzed,and the application of three energy-saving technologies,i.e. combined heat and power supply system,ground source heat pump technology and solar photovoltaic panels,in the National Expo Project is introduced.Then,the statistical analysis of building energy consumption using BIM technology is put forward,which is a new method of building energy consumption statistics. The data show that the energy consumption of a certain Expo is huge and needs to be monitored and managed in real time by installing energy consumption monitoring system. Finally, according to these data, the paper puts forward energy-saving policy recommendations and enterprise energy-saving management measures from different angles of government and enterprises as participants in building energy-saving.
The paper has a guiding significance to promote energy-saving work in China, especially in large-scale public buildings, and has made some contributions to building energy-saving theory.
