【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，由于經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展，中國(guó)城市面貌和規(guī)模發(fā)生著翻天覆地的變化。隨著越來(lái)越多的近代歷史建筑和歷史性街區(qū)遭到破壞，人們開(kāi)始逐步意識(shí)到這些近代歷史建筑的價(jià)值，開(kāi)始對(duì)其加以保護(hù)，保護(hù)觀念也由靜態(tài)保護(hù)轉(zhuǎn)向了動(dòng)態(tài)保護(hù)。 近代歷史建筑在保護(hù)過(guò)程中會(huì)遇到自然和人為破壞，“近代歷史建筑保護(hù)修復(fù)技術(shù)”作為有效防止建筑破壞的基礎(chǔ)手段，長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)存在缺乏系統(tǒng)的理論指導(dǎo)和有效的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象，本文以近代歷史建筑外立面為研究對(duì)象，，針對(duì)其修繕?lè)椒�、修繕材料、修�?fù)工藝等進(jìn)行總結(jié)和探討。 本文著眼于“外立面保護(hù)修繕技術(shù)”和“修繕工程操作體系建立”，將寫(xiě)作目標(biāo)明確為：定量化的研究近現(xiàn)代歷史建筑外立面保護(hù)修繕技術(shù),、建立近代歷史建筑保護(hù)修繕技術(shù)的實(shí)用性分類(lèi)體系和建立近代歷史建筑修繕工程體系。 由于本課題的研究對(duì)象具有資源豐富、形式多樣和種類(lèi)繁雜的特點(diǎn)，其保護(hù)主管部門(mén)和保護(hù)干預(yù)層級(jí)也存在差異，因此將本文的研究方法確定為：資料搜集與總結(jié)的方法、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查與交流的方法、理論與實(shí)證結(jié)合的方法、學(xué)科交叉與融合的方法、定性與定量結(jié)合的方法。綜合運(yùn)用上述方法對(duì)本領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了較為深入的研究與分析。 通過(guò)以上的分析與論證，本文對(duì)近代歷史建筑保護(hù)理念和修復(fù)管理體系進(jìn)行了廓清，對(duì)外立面的保護(hù)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析研究比較，對(duì)工程操作體系進(jìn)行了搭建。意在明確保護(hù)修復(fù)過(guò)程中的技術(shù)手段和各方職責(zé)，在歷史建筑保護(hù)修繕的理論研究和實(shí)際操作之間搭設(shè)起一道便捷的橋梁。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, due to rapid economic development, China's urban landscape and scale has undergone earth-shaking changes. With the destruction of more and more modern historical buildings and historic blocks, people begin to realize the value of these modern historical buildings, and begin to protect them. The concept of protection has changed from static protection to dynamic protection. Modern historical buildings will encounter natural and man-made destruction in the course of protection. "Modern Historical buildings Protection and Restoration Technology" is the basic means to effectively prevent architectural damage. For a long time, there is a lack of systematic theoretical guidance and effective experience summary. In view of this phenomenon, this paper takes the exterior facade of modern historical buildings as the research object, summarizes and discusses its repair methods, materials and techniques. This paper focuses on "external facade protection and repair technology" and "establishment of repair engineering operation system". The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively study the facade protection and repair technology of modern and modern historical buildings, to establish a practical classification system of modern historical buildings' protection and repair technology and to establish a modern historical building repair engineering system. Because the research object of this subject has the characteristics of rich resources, various forms and various kinds, the protection departments and the protection intervention levels are different, so the research method of this paper is determined as: the method of collecting and summarizing the data. The methods of field investigation and communication, the method of combining theory with practice, the method of subject crossing and fusion, the method of qualitative and quantitative combination. Comprehensive use of the above methods to the field of more in-depth research and analysis. Through the above analysis and demonstration, this paper clarifies the concept of protection and restoration management system of modern historical buildings, systematically analyzes and compares the protection technology of exterior facades, and sets up the engineering operation system. The purpose of this paper is to make clear the technical means and responsibilities of all parties in the process of protection and restoration, and to build a convenient bridge between the theoretical research and practical operation of the conservation and repair of historical buildings.
