【摘要】：隨著我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)發(fā)展及人們生活水平的提高,人們對居住的環(huán)境提出了更高的要求。園林工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)是改善環(huán)境的極其重要手段和途徑,園林工程的質(zhì)量如何,直接影響人民群眾的生活環(huán)境,重視園林工程質(zhì)量,創(chuàng)建優(yōu)良小區(qū),是目前急迫需要解決的問題,特別是城市居住小區(qū)。園林綠化工程也成為地產(chǎn)銷售的重要宣傳組成部分,周圍的環(huán)境是人們選擇居住的重要考慮要素,因此,園林工程質(zhì)量越來越顯的尤其重要,應(yīng)該引起相關(guān)部門的重視. 本文中,根據(jù)目前園林施工質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀,分析我國現(xiàn)階段園林施工中質(zhì)量管理的弊端,指出園林質(zhì)量管理,也要像建筑一樣,實(shí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,規(guī)范化的重要性、必要性和可行性。并以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn),充分依托自身所在參與負(fù)責(zé)的珠海某一高端海景項(xiàng)目園林工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,以“園林質(zhì)量管理中重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),對存在的通病及問題采取的措施”等為主體內(nèi)容進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,規(guī)范化管理的研究,以期改變傳統(tǒng)施工質(zhì)量管理中“管理含糊、缺乏規(guī)范、資源浪費(fèi)、管理混亂、缺乏有效監(jiān)督”的實(shí)際問題,通過質(zhì)量管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,規(guī)范化實(shí)現(xiàn)管理過程有效控制。 尤其是針對人工湖區(qū)域建設(shè)防水工程以及駁岸結(jié)構(gòu)等方面標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)的研究,著重目前地產(chǎn)公司普遍存在為了進(jìn)度,犧牲質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)象,在保證進(jìn)度的前提下怎么去保障質(zhì)量為突破口,形成一套針對目前園林質(zhì)量管理大多存在的問題,進(jìn)行探索研究,研究出一套具有現(xiàn)場施工可實(shí)際操作性的園林質(zhì)量管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理模式,有助于提升施工企業(yè)在居住環(huán)境建設(shè)的競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the development of social and economic construction and the improvement of people's living standard, people put forward higher requirements to the living environment. The construction of garden engineering project is an extremely important means and way to improve the environment. The quality of garden engineering directly affects the living environment of the people, attaches importance to the quality of garden engineering, and establishes the excellent community, which is the urgent problem that needs to be solved at present. Especially urban residential areas. Landscape engineering has also become an important part of real estate sales publicity, the surrounding environment is an important factor for people to choose to live in. Therefore, the quality of landscape engineering is becoming more and more important, which should be paid attention to by relevant departments. In this paper, according to the present situation of the quality management of garden construction, this paper analyzes the drawbacks of the quality management in the present stage of garden construction in our country, and points out that the quality management of the garden should also be standardized and standardized just like architecture. Necessity and feasibility And take this as the starting point, fully rely on their own participation in a high-end sea landscape project in Zhuhai landscape engineering construction project, to "garden quality management in the key and difficult," In order to change the traditional construction quality management, "vague management, lack of standardization, waste of resources and confusion in management", the main contents of this paper are standardization and standardization of existing common problems and problems, such as standardization, standardization and so on, in order to change the traditional construction quality management. Lack of effective supervision "practical problems, through the standardization of quality management, standardized management process to achieve effective control." In particular, in view of the research on the standardization construction of waterproofing projects and barge structures in artificial lake areas, it is emphasized that at present real estate companies generally have the phenomenon of sacrificing quality for the sake of progress. On the premise of ensuring progress, how to guarantee quality as a breakthrough, and form a set of exploration and research aimed at the problems existing in most of the current garden quality management, A set of standardization management mode of garden quality management with practical operation in site construction is developed, which is helpful to enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises in the construction of living environment.
