祁縣古城保護研究

【摘要】：地處山西省晉中市的祁縣古城是一座具有一千五百多年發(fā)展歷史的明清古城,是我國現(xiàn)存最完好的古城之一。古城內(nèi)包含了歷史傳統(tǒng)街巷、維護較好的古寺廟、生意興隆的古店鋪、傳統(tǒng)古民宅等各類古建筑,結(jié)構(gòu)合理,布局井然有序,渾然一體,組成了一個建筑宏偉、完整的古文物群,充分體現(xiàn)出了晉商文化對建筑的影響,也展示了晉商人民生活的文化內(nèi)涵,具有極高的文化價值。 通過歷朝歷代對古城的修葺,大量的傳統(tǒng)要素有效的保存了下來,但是近代的戰(zhàn)爭對古城造成了一定的破壞,其中,古城的四座城門包括全部城墻在戰(zhàn)火中被毀壞。自改革開放以來,現(xiàn)代化城市建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展在一點一點的蠶食著古城歷史悠久的傳統(tǒng)風貌,最終導致古城文化逐漸淡化與流逝。雖然對祁縣古城的保護工作早已開展,但是城市發(fā)展的腳步之快,人口數(shù)量快速增長,讓這座古城承受著越來越重的壓力�，F(xiàn)在,祁縣古城進入了一個嶄新的發(fā)展時期,對古城內(nèi)部的保護已經(jīng)遠遠不夠,古城周邊的新城日新月異的變化隨時都可能對古城造成破壞,所以對古城進行保護的原則下進入新的探索研究階段。 本文重點研究對古城保護的策略,進而對古城周圍的新城提出有利于古城保護的調(diào)整策略。以城市形態(tài)、街巷空間及傳統(tǒng)建筑單體的分析為切入點,將古城的歷史文化價值作為基礎(chǔ),明確祁縣古城的保護意義。在分析評價的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有保護理論,對有針對性的分區(qū)加以控制。宏觀上延續(xù)整體空間形態(tài),微觀上優(yōu)化街巷空間尺度。城市形態(tài)的保護主要通過延續(xù)古城歷史文脈,合理重塑古城城樓與城墻片段以及調(diào)整古城街巷道路形態(tài)來實現(xiàn)。歷史建筑保護主要通過分類整治,與同類型不同風格的建筑相比較,控制建筑的體量、高度、材質(zhì)等要點來實現(xiàn)。最后將保護的內(nèi)容進一步整合出來,希望通過這些措施來保護與完善祁縣古城的傳統(tǒng)風貌,同時從適應(yīng)城市發(fā)展的角度,尋找適合祁縣古城保護的新途徑。
[Abstract]:The ancient city of Qi County, located in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, is an ancient city of the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of more than 1500 years, and is one of the best existing ancient cities in China. The ancient city consists of historic traditional streets and alleys, well-maintained ancient temples, thriving shops, traditional houses, and other ancient buildings. Its structure is reasonable, its layout is orderly, and it forms a grand building. The complete ancient cultural relic group fully reflects the influence of Shanxi merchants culture on architecture, and also shows the cultural connotation of people's life in Shanxi merchants, which has a very high cultural value. Through the repair of the ancient city through successive dynasties, a large number of traditional elements were effectively preserved, but the modern war caused certain damage to the ancient city, among which, the four gates of the ancient city including all the walls were destroyed in the war. Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of modern city construction is gradually encroaching on the ancient city with a long history of traditional style, eventually leading to the gradual desalination and passage of the ancient city culture. Although the protection of the ancient city of Qi County has already been carried out, the rapid pace of urban development and the rapid growth of the population have put more and more pressure on the ancient city. Now, the ancient city of Qi County has entered a new period of development. The protection of the ancient city is far from enough. The rapid changes in the new city around the ancient city may cause damage to the ancient city at any time. Therefore, the protection of the ancient city under the principle of entering a new stage of exploration and research. This paper focuses on the strategy of protecting the ancient city, and then puts forward the adjustment strategy in favor of the protection of the old city to the new city around the ancient city. Based on the analysis of urban form, street space and traditional architecture, the historical and cultural value of the ancient city is taken as the basis to clarify the significance of the protection of the ancient city in Qi County. On the basis of analysis and evaluation, combined with the existing protection theory, the targeted zoning is controlled. Macro-continuation of the overall spatial form, micro-optimization of street spatial scale. The protection of urban form is mainly realized by extending the historical context of the ancient city, reasonably reshaping the fragments of the city buildings and city walls, and adjusting the road shape of the ancient city streets and alleys. The protection of historical buildings is mainly realized by classifying and renovating, controlling the volume, height and material of the buildings compared with those of the same type and different styles. Finally, the content of protection will be further integrated out, hoping to protect and improve the traditional style and features of the ancient city of Qi County through these measures, and at the same time, from the perspective of adapting to the development of the city, to find a new approach suitable for the protection of the ancient city of Qi County.
