大型辦公建筑能耗與室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量無線監(jiān)測及評價系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:Large-scale office buildings generally refer to the buildings for organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions to handle administrative affairs and engage in all kinds of business activities. The total area of office buildings and large public buildings in China is about 4 ~ 500 million square meters, which accounts for less than 4 million square meters of urban buildings, but its annual electricity consumption accounts for 22 percent of the total energy consumption of urban buildings in China. This type of buildings has the characteristics of high energy consumption. At the same time, large office buildings are densely populated, relatively closed, potentially with low indoor quality and the possibility of sick building syndrome. Thus, energy consumption and indoor environmental quality are two very important issues in large office buildings. Aiming at the problems of energy consumption and indoor environmental quality in large office buildings in China, a wireless monitoring terminal is designed and implemented to monitor the energy consumption and indoor environmental quality of large office buildings. The work of classifying and monitoring energy consumption data and indoor environmental quality data of large office buildings is realized by wireless method. Secondly, a low power and modular embedded ZigBee/ Ethernet gateway is designed and implemented. The gateway can realize the function of remote transmission of energy consumption and indoor environment quality data. In use, the gateway receives and collects the energy consumption and indoor environment quality data sent by the monitoring network in a wireless manner. And the remote transmission of data to the monitoring center, or with other network equipment connected to the Internet network, large-scale office energy consumption and environmental quality data for network publicity; then, Based on the support vector machine theory, the energy consumption data and indoor environmental quality data are analyzed and modeled, and the energy consumption prediction and indoor environmental quality evaluation are realized by using MATLAB software. Referring to the standards and guidelines of building energy consumption and indoor environment quality in our country, a management information system for building energy consumption and indoor environmental quality evaluation is developed by using VB software. The energy consumption and indoor environmental quality of large office buildings are dynamically monitored in real time. Through the research on the energy consumption of large office buildings and the wireless monitoring system of indoor environment, not only the energy consumption and indoor environmental quality of large office buildings are monitored accurately, but also in order to promote their energy saving and consumption reduction, to create healthy and comfortable, Efficient indoor environmental quality provides scientific methods and technical support.
