輪式裝載機性能評價指標(biāo)和建模仿真研究

【摘要】:隨著輪式裝載機新技術(shù)不斷涌現(xiàn)和人們對裝載機性能要求的不斷提高,現(xiàn)有的裝載機性能評價指標(biāo)已不能完全體現(xiàn)新技術(shù)的發(fā)展和要求,因而論文對輪式裝載機性能評價指標(biāo)進行分析研究,對現(xiàn)有裝載機性能評價指標(biāo)提出補充建議;輪式裝載機性能試驗費用高、周期長,仿真技術(shù)的發(fā)展為其提供了強有力的工具和手段,論文對裝載機進行建模仿真研究,以便減少試驗內(nèi)容、縮短試驗周期、節(jié)約試驗成本。 首先,論文根據(jù)輪式裝載機工況特點、發(fā)展趨勢和現(xiàn)有輪式裝載機國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析了裝載機動力性、經(jīng)濟性和作業(yè)能力的評價指標(biāo)現(xiàn)狀,對現(xiàn)有的裝載機評價指標(biāo)提出了一些補充和改進建議;其次,完成了基于AMESim的輪式裝載機的模型建立和仿真計算。主要完成了底盤系統(tǒng)、鏟斗系統(tǒng)和轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)建模,在裝載機模型基礎(chǔ)上建立性能評價指標(biāo)的參數(shù)計算模型,對其動力性、經(jīng)濟性、作業(yè)能力的各項指標(biāo)仿真計算,得到仿真結(jié)果;最后,將仿真結(jié)果與實測值進行對比,動力性、經(jīng)濟性、作業(yè)能力指標(biāo)的仿真結(jié)果與實測值誤差均在工程允許誤差以內(nèi)。仿真結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果一致性較好,建立的裝載機仿真模型具有較好的實用性,,能滿足工程試驗的要求。 論文對輪式裝載機評價指標(biāo)提出補充,可以更準(zhǔn)確評價裝載機各項性能,同時體現(xiàn)新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展;基于AMESim軟件建立輪式裝載機的仿真模型,可以真實模擬裝載機行走、作業(yè)情況,更簡捷地獲得裝載機的各項性能評價指標(biāo),省去了復(fù)雜的試驗,降低了成本。
[Abstract]:With the continuous emergence of new technology of wheel loader and the continuous improvement of the performance requirements of the loader, the existing performance evaluation indexes of the loader can not fully reflect the development and requirements of the new technology. Therefore, the performance evaluation index of wheel loader is analyzed and studied in this paper, and some supplementary suggestions are put forward for the performance evaluation index of wheel loader, the cost of performance test of wheel loader is high, the period is long, The development of simulation technology provides powerful tools and means for it. In order to reduce the content of the test, shorten the test period and save the cost of the test, the paper carries on the modeling and simulation research on the loader in order to reduce the test content, shorten the test period and save the test cost. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the wheel loader, the development trend and the current national standard of wheel loader, the paper analyzes the present situation of the evaluation index of the loader's power, economy and working ability. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the evaluation index of wheel loader. Secondly, the model building and simulation calculation of wheel loader based on AMESim are completed. The modeling of chassis system, bucket system and steering system is completed. Based on the loader model, the parameter calculation model of performance evaluation index is established. Finally, the simulation results are compared with the measured values. The simulation results of power, economy and operation capability are within the allowable error of engineering. The simulation results are in good agreement with the test results. The simulation model of the loader has good practicability and can meet the requirements of engineering tests. The evaluation index of wheel loader can be evaluated more accurately, and the application and development of new technology can be reflected. The simulation model of wheel loader based on AMESim software can be used to simulate the wheel loader. The performance evaluation indexes of the loader can be obtained more simply, which saves the complicated test and reduces the cost.
